It’s so great that you are documenting your experience, it’s great to see it for those of us at home. It looks like you’re doing great. Just a bit of constructive feedback, many times the guitar music was as loud or louder than your voice. As someone with sensory processing issues, I couldn’t turn up the volume to hear your voice because the music would have been uncomfortably loud. I like your choice of music, the guitar seems like part of the great backpacking vibe. Take care!
I struggled editing on the phone and have realized that I need to drop the music when I’m talking. Not as easy as when I edit on a laptop. Ha ha. Thank you so much for the support and input!
"I know what chairs are"... Classic. Really enjoying the commentary, which is so natural, very much appreciated. Hope you are well, wherever you are by this point. Be safe. Best, Jack NYC
I hiked up to Len Foote Feb. 13 by their trail, and it really is rocks and roots ! Some leveling off in places, too. Really enjoyed it and the Inn !! Wish I was going back already !
That Hike Inn seems pretty nice. Seems to have everything someone beginning their hike needs. One suggestion Hopper, please turn down the music. It was difficult for me to hear you talking behind the music. Thanks. Other than that great video. Stay safe.
I’m really sorry. I’m editing on a phone and the audio didn’t sync well. I’m probably going to remove music when I’m talking just to avoid that. Thank you!
Another great perspective along your journey... You'll be in the green tunnel before you know it, countless views, long lasting memories and we're all glad to be a part of each step... Just think of the bugs as added protein, and part of the experience... Can't wait until the next one...
That is a cool inn. I had no idea that places like it exist along the AT. I am loving the videos. Thank you for sharing and taking us along the trail. Peace and Safe Travels
Great video love the scenery and the lodge, I like the fact that you pointed out that the lodge was a quiet retreat and you could only get there by walking that wasn't mentioned in other videos however sometimes I couldn't hear you because the back ground music was too loud
Glad to see you are on your way,I wish you a great thur hike. Take your time and great time and enjoy, Life here on earth is a one way, take advantage. Blackritz
Thank you. Editing on the phone has given me a whole slew of new problems and audio is one. Thank you for the feedback. I’ll turn the music down on the next batch.
Best of luck mate. Sorry but I feel I need to make a comment on your kit. Everything is well thought out except on thing. The “Crocs”. Not only do they look uncool, they also have little holes in the front for any credibility you had to ouse out. Kids may also laugh and throw stones at you. Just my observation 😊😊😊
Do not play background music when you are narrating. Headphones give a distorted sound that lowers the music. When played thru speakers the music is much louder and covers your voice. This has been a problem for hikers for 5 years now. "Take all that you can eat and eat all that you take" was a sign that I saw in many Army mess halls 50 years ago. Happy Trails. Good Luck, Rick
Thanks for the input. Editing on the phone is a lot harder than a laptop and I was worried about audio. I’ll just cut the music during my jabberjawing.

Keep trying you will get it. We just want to hear what is on your mind 😊!! Good luck 🍀. Can’t wait to see how your journey goes!!
I agree. The background music was way too loud.
@@TrackingHopper I assumed you’d be editing on your phone and it’s very impressive, it sounds like a challenge. Keep up the great content! :)

Thanks Jack!

Is is rocks and reports isn’t it?! Ha ha. Amazing location and experience though. So awesome you were able to go and I’m with you…I want to go back!!!
Fantastically captured surroundings, you narrated and presented this upload so nicely! Love it 🔥🔥
Thank you!!!
Well that's a first for me. I never knew there is was an Inn there. Thanks for the tour.
It’s a very neat place. Off the trail a bit but worth the stop, especially in the off season when it’s half price!!

Im getting a lot of big protein. 🤣🤣

Thanks Craig. It’s very interesting out here and I can’t get over how much water there is. Little springs and falls everywhere.
I’ve inhaled many a bugs outside 😂 made me chuckle! Good luck!! 👍
They’re protein right?! Ha ha
@@TrackingHopper that's what I tell myself 🤣
Thanks for sharing your journey! We were at the Hike Inn in 2016 and loved it. Have a great experience!
It is very cool! Thank you for the support.

I had some audio issues for sure. I think I’ve got them worked out but editing on a phone has its limitations.
So smart to ease into the trail the way you are. Thanks for the tour of the Hike Inn!
Thank you. Feet are hurting but I’m hoping my slow start will pay off.
Very cool stop! What a wonderful facility.
It’s very cool. Great experience.

So cool that you are bringing us along on your journey! Stay safe, and live in the moment as much as you can. I hope to do this, one day.
Thanks man, I appreciate the support. Hope you’re doing well and enjoying all the snow coming in to New England.
@@TrackingHopper we are going to do some backcountry skiing this weekend. Should be beautiful.
Love hearing from you but it’s drowned out by the music. Hopefully you can get the two figured out. Happy Trails!
Editing on the phone is presenting some issues so thank you for the feedback. I’ll probably just drop the music during talking.
Good luck! Enjoying your vlogs. FYI- Hard to hear you, music is a little to loud.

Good luck on your journey.
Thank you!
Are you aware of how loud your background music is? Keep on hiking!
Ha ha. Yes. Many people commented on it. Editing from the phone poses some challenges. It should just be this one video. Thank you!

They definitely don’t look cool at all but they’re great around camp. I can put them in 4x4 mode when I go get water too. Ha ha.
@@TrackingHopper just an observation 😂
