Future Trends - Silicon Island, Batu Maung
Nowadays, Batu Maung is developing very fast compared to previously. From nothing before now there is FTZ, 2nd bridge to Batu Kawan, SouthBay, close to the airport, and in the next 5 years there will be Silicon Island and LRT which are in the process of construction. Once these two projects are set up, after 5 years I believe Batu Maung it's getting busier and busier.
