Not really. The motor in Mr Crow at the time was a very tired Rocky 4. Chief has been rubbing on that motor for 4 years. After the show was done taping. He out a refreshed Rocky 3 in Mr Crow. Which won Chief a lot of races and a lot of money. If that’s a tired ass motor and only losing by a car to Ryan. Just imagine what a refreshed Rocky 3 will be like. And remember. Rocky 3-4 are both small block Pontiacs. And just win turbos. Ryan is running one of the best motors out there with a pro charger and only heat Chief by a car with a tired motor? Mr Crow will be back with a vengeance. Chief has already torn down Rocky 4 once and out new gaskets and retorqued the motor. Mr Crow already has had a few test runs on the street. Look out. Can hear it in tue background just how fast he was going. I swear once he hit 188mph. There was some serious shit going on lol.
Also. I really don’t think it bothers Chief much. This out of town races has been long awaited. And if you notice. The list is getting closer and closer to each other in races. Before. They just didn’t care. And they’re all finally helping each other out. Even Jeff offered chief to look at his data. Ryan has been competitive since day one he arrived. Fireball has always been a killer street car. Doesn’t matter who won. Except the whole group of the 405. They took out the competition. And all was left was the 405. Was good to see an out of town race finally after a few years of no out of town races. Chief isn’t mad or upset. He just said now he knows we’re he’s at. He was happy they won.
And right now. Mr Crow is patiently waiting with a refreshed setup. He’s been working on CaddyJack with Jackie and getting his small tire redvette setup he bought a few months ago. NOS. No turbos. He even has an extra motor for it. A 440 Chevy.
I’m a fanman. I busted Juicins balls in a previous thread about his flaggin and chi town’s hustling ways so many years ago. But I do understand there are two sides to a coin and who wouldn’t want a chance to run and beat someone who overpowers and has deeper pockets than you. Hence the straight up vs. hustling debate. All that aside, I enjoy Juicin’s commentating and videos along with just seeming to be an everyday street race fan and participant. Thanks for the content Juicin
