Sorry this happened to you brother, are you going to contact CGC over it? Update us on what happens, that’s totally not good enough, they should reimburse you for the price of the cards that they have damaged!
Thanks. I did call them and talked to someone but unfortunately they said no one there mentioned anything about damaging a card. And since I didn't take any pictures before I sent them in I'm kind SOL. I guess from now on I'll have to take pictures and document cards before I send them in. But I'm changing to PSA now.
@@cardjunkie88 that sucks man, that’s such awful service on their part. I grade with CGC myself so I’m worried now and cautious with using them. I use them because they don’t use a sleeve in the slab n the slabs are the best around n I like the new plainer label look but I understand u switching to PSA now, you will add more value on your cards switching to PSA anyway… I’ll be cautious about using CGC because iv seen this video, sorry about your experience, they should reimburse you!
