The bank security footage isn't put on UA-cam for the bank to profit from. The officers bodycam footage isn't put on UA-cam for the police department to profit from. The auditor is purposely recording a bank because he knows he will have an encounter with the bank personnel and eventually have an encounter with the police and then lies to them by claiming to be doing an investigation. The whole reason for the auditor to record a bank is to get encounters which results in clicks and views for the UA-cam dollars. That's the facts. I hope that makes sense to you.

People are responsible for their own feelings and cannot place blame on someone else simply because they don't like what they are doing. There is no reasonable expectation of privacy in public.
Only if that photographer or auditor starts to engage with them, but most stay to themselves and only interact when they are engaged first... if someone has a recording device in public and isn't engaging and your feelings are hurt or you feel scared... stay home and do your business online... or maybe grow a pair

It is only illegal to publish that personal information. There is no expectation of privacy in public. If you want your information private, hide it.
