nah that would be highly unfair for the zombies, and also, in l4d2 there isnt an option to escape a smoker or a hunter. You must have someone to kill them for you

Then, to atleast make it more fair, instantly kill all pinning infected when there is only 1 survivor alive and disable pinning infected spawning in.
Like with Tank, only 1 Tank can be alive at once, you won't mutate into a 2nd Tank while 1 is already present.
