CSS is often claimed to be one of the more realistic libraries available. Having said that no library will sound like real strings straight out of the box - realism depends upon the arrangement, writing, use of reverb and mix, use of CC controllers etc etc also you do sort of need to match the library to the style of writing you are trying to achieve. Are you using the individual intrument patches in CSS rather than the ensemble patch and using a controller to shape dynamics??
