Always wished Sudden Death had more hold... This does. This is perfect for my stache as I never liked the tacky hold of Death Grip and have wilder hair and relaxed hold never seems to last.
sudden death ahs the same tacky texture as deathgrip just on a little lesser scale since its not as strong. this wax was made for people like you in mind. have you already tried it?
@@30DayReviews yup. I just find I prefer a stiffer hold. Found I had to constantly reshape and reapply throughout the day. It was actually the first wax I'd ever tried.
I'm a big guy and I get hot and sweat a lot. The Wax I'm using literally melts off my face and into my mouth when my temp goes up. Will death grip out last my hot self or will it melt into my mouth?
@@30DayReviews Bearded chap old time mustache wax soft/medium hold... I just want to know if this stuff is gonna melt with my body heat or will it last when I'm hot and sweaty.
Another excellent video. I've placed an order for a tin of this, and am looking forward to receiving, and trying it. I love the Death Grip, but washing it off my fingers after application, is always a bit of a mission. I have also ordered a couple of other waxes, as I'm on a bit of a mission to find one that's perfect for my tache (I generally go for more of a Dali tache, but occasionally handlebar it). The lesser strength waxes don't seem to give me an all-day hold, and I wouldn't even have said my tache is particularly coarse - it just doesn't like to behave itself. Thanks massively. Love your videos, as they give a refreshing feeling of honesty, and tell-it-like-it-is-ness - so many other videos seem to be biased in some way, or other. (Love your tache as well - obvs.). 🙂
I have found that wiping it off with a washcloth thats dry seems to work better then washing it off with water. the longer the stach and further form the face the more the stach fights gravity and the stronger the wax needs to be. What other waxes have you ordered? and thanks I try to be the reviewer that id like to watch.
I've also ordered Sudden Death, Mr. King's Marvellous Moustache Wax (it had very good reviews on Amazon, plus I have a soft spot for anything with the word 'marvellous' in its name), and my current one which is getting low - Percy Nobleman.
I prefer ‘Death Grip’ over ‘Bone Crusher’ just bc I love its tackiness. That’s not to say ‘Bone Crusher’ doesn’t deliver, bc it does. What I love about Vintage Grooming is that it considers its customer’s critiques and strives to find a solution for their needs. Now, there’s something for everyone… Too strong/hard? (try Bare Bones) Not strong/hard enough? (try Sudden Death) Too tacky? (try Bone Crusher) Not enough tack? (try Death Grip) Wanting the natural look? (try Olde Country) Finding it difficult to remove the wax from your ‘stache? (try Night Fury) Excellent products, stellar company.
Yup some really like the tackiness while others dont so I think its a good thing that they made a more waxy extra strong hold to cover the people that dont. It is also a nice addition for those that somewhere in between as you could mix them in your fingers to get the tackiness or texture that fits your stach the best.
Get your Bone Crusher wax! amzn.to/3JnQGDF
Keep up the great mustache wax reviews.
Glad you like them!
Thanks for giving us the differences
thanks for watching! figured many would want to know the actual difference since they are both extra strong holds
Thanks for the review, Justin! Appreciate the thoughts and honest review. Cheers!
Any time!
@@30DayReviews Always appreciate ya! Relaunch of Night Owl beard balm is soon 🙂

Definitely going to check this out. I use Sudden Death currently due to hating the texture of the Death Grip, this seems like a great middle road
Bone crusher may just be what your looking for then!

what wax are you using? is it more tacky or more waxy texture?
