Trump says it’s ok to vote early . I believe he thinks Biden will try to do something to prevent us having an election . So I may vote early and photograph my ballot and make sure it gets counted .
Technically in FEDERAL ELECTIONS the only mall in votes that are counted are absentee ballots. You have to apply to use that system and it requires being issued a registered ballot issued by the feds. Any other random mail in ballots have always made it to the null and void can. Many states have mail in voting but that's at a state level. States can not ,(even tho of course they do) can not send out mail in ballots for federal elections. Because of pandemic rules they decided to allow it last time. Dead people voting
