I think the fact that Tommy is mentored by Phil and Wilbur is one of the reasons why he is the way he is. You can really see how they influence him in the best of ways, keep him modest, humble and down to earth but not taking any shit from the internet. Tommy too is very thick-skinned and has a very go with the flow kind of attitude that with the addition of his comedic genius makes him very unique and if he can keep up that self-awareness bro...he's got success in the bag.

He's a kid talking to these adults, and famous ones at that, and they keep bringing up doing drugs and getting into trouble and he just effortlessly makes having fun with friends and having a good relationship with your parents sound like the cooler option. This podcast was, imo, needed in a way. Logan himself said he's not doing well, has been drinking, partying and hasn't slept for days and is currently going through a manic episode. His view of the world is different. Tommy repeatedly saying that there is more to life than what people say about you and that no matter what you do there will always be that one person who doesn't like you even when Logan tried to tell him otherwise is a good way to ground yourself. One must care about themselves before they care about others.

It’s a communist living technique. Now celebrities or influencers no matter their standing stay humbled. Everyone stays the same as a person, and is viewed as a person, this excludes the job and social standing on top, it’s the person who is viewed and not the profession. The erosion of the highest form of importance in our culture, or status. Not aspiring for a higher status. This new era style thinking, erodes status in the older world. Monarchy, celebrities, deities and eventually the quality of ‘respect’ will be lost. A man or woman could dedicate their profession to the Armed forces or Medicine, but by eroding the status we place on their roles by ‘humbling them’ will diminish their sacrifices, and the importance of the selfless individuals undertaking dangerous and emotional roles. Equality of people but for the erosion of personal sacrifice and professional status.
