非常辛苦的一件运动。看上去不露声色，其实每时每刻肌肉都处于高度紧张状态。需要极大的爆发力（等张运动）和极大的耐久力（等长运动），像这样维系这么久承受这么大负载，运动员都非常不简单。这个项目中华台北是强项，一路看视频过来，中华台北披荆斩棘，整体协防很强大，中国队以不变应万变，策略上先消磨对手锐气和力气，和对手比耐力，后发制人，最后完美收官。谢谢辛苦的两岸优秀的顶尖运动员奉献了一场激动人心的比赛。
