Can you remind me if linking your territory to your capital reduces corruption in DAC. I know it did in some some total war games.

Yes, linked territories reduces the corruption and therefore increases income. Think there is a public order bonus too but it would be really minimal

Get the max elven culture building it gives you more trade goods it will help you out
