I have this exact model. I had some trouble getting it to feed similar sized limbs. The limbs did not like getting past the feeding wheel. Is there a size adjustment that I need to tweak? Spring adjustment? Should I slow the feeder speed? Any help is most appreciated!
@@MostlyOutdoors I slowed the feeder way down. This helped, but did not completely solve the problem. I'm using it for 2 inches or smaller. I guess I need to accept this limitation.
Dull knifes will make a chipper act like that sometimes. The chips in the in the pile look a little small too. Very well could just be from the perspective of it being a video
Ok, ok it handjes 3” logs. What about the 8” it claims to handle?
Hey, do you happen to know if the manual feed is much worse? Im sure the hydraulic version is better but tjr manual one seems to run exactly the same.

@@fortcesta5128 thats strange, its supposed to do up to a 8" log! Maybe you should contact their customers support!

I did eventually flip the blades over to the sharper side. Soon time to get them resharpened.
