We will miss you here on the channel Alyssa. You did a great job picking up where Tom left off two years ago. Enjoy your kids, because I'm sure you've heard they grow up fast. Hope to see you at Airventure this year.

I always start my Friday morning off with "Fly with AOPA". Since you, Alyssa, became the spokes person and kept the video going I haven't miss one issue. Always enjoyed your happy personality each Friday morning I will miss that and the enjoyment of hearing and seeing what's going on in the AOPA aviation news. Your personal touch with the Friday morning video ritual has always been appreciated. I will miss the videos and your personality each week but wish you all the best when it comes to your family AND your flying! Thank you.

Thanks for all the great videos, and best wishes in your next chapter. Looking after family (either kids or parents) is a noble calling, and worthy of full-time attention if you can manage it. Loved the history of 4JA, as I remember dreaming of owning a Comanche as I was bouncing around in heat and humidity of western Pennsylvania in a Piper Colt earning my private license in the '60's. After a stint trying to make a living selling airplanes, I got a job in tech in Silicon Valley and found our Comanche 180 in 1978, and still own it. Our kids flew in the back as toddlers, and opted not to learn to fly, but we've flown it all over the US and into BC in Canada. I hope you and your family enjoy many adventures in your Cessna 170!

May there be clear skies and smooth air wherever you go. We'll miss you, but I'm sure your family will be appreciative.

My AME misreported an issue and I'm stuck in lala land with almost zero recourse. This issue has cost me thousands and I shouldn't be going through this in the first place. I'm hoping that this will help my case.
