Chettinad Chicken Gravy
Ingredients:
Varuthu Araipathu
Sesame Oil - 1 tbsp
Cardamom - 4 no’s
Cinnamon sticks - 2 small pieces
Cloves - 4 no’s
Red chili - 5 no’s
Kashmir red chili - 3 no’s
Coriander seeds - 5 tbsp
Pepper - 4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 3 tsp
Fennel seeds - 2 tsp
Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
Cashews - 10 no’s
Chicken - 1 kg
Sesame oil - 1/4 cup
Small onion - 2 cups
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Tomato- 2 medium size
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves

@@keepsmiling7011 I don't think it's just for video. But in America, all the family are like this. No one will take three kids for video sake. In India, though they have all help, they don't even want to take one kid and Responsibilities. Here even kids will work and keep clean. Else it will be hard to stay here. Thanks.
