Milan Metro | Metropolitana di Milano | Stanga/ABB Serie 8000

Second video from Milan features one on my favourite trains out there, the 8000 series of rolling stock built by Stanga with ABB propulsion and eletronics. These trains were later constructed by other different manufacturers, such as Fiat, Breda and Socimi with various modernized systems. My video only consists of footage of the oldest trains, however newer units designated 8080 and 8100 series are also present within line M3. Sadly, these metro trains do not operate on any other lines.

Уж очень нестандартный звук тягового привода. Я много переслушал. Но вот этот... С низкой частоты на высокую, ещё и другого характера прерываний. Она на звук как бы шипящая. Первая фаза обычная. Там чуток выше 300Гц. Лайк

Sadly no. I know about this series, but only encountered trains presented in the video. I really like the design of these trains, they appeal to me quite a lot
