your views are very realistic and the bitter truth, but all in all it comes down to the fact that women bear children which is the necessity of this world, and they might not be actively bearing children always but somehow it adds to why we see less women actively working throughout their life stages. Adding on to that, as women we require a lot of peoples' approval and support to continue in our respective fields, like our husbands/families and some of em even extended families which isnt the case for men. Although today we might be still fighting this cause,hope to see betterment in the future
I feel this is very wrong, women are trying to take power of their own career. The biggest stop gap comes jab parents force karne lagte hain... saari ladki nahi sirf husband ke paise ki baat krti hai.. haan 50% hain waise lekin 30% do parents nahi krne dete kuch 10% ke husband/in-laws nahi hote supportive and 10% hongi in the workfoce (this is not just architecture but sari feilds me). Plus field pe bhi depend krta hai how safe and supportive it is. Construction feild is not the safest place for women to work (SADLY) but its true.
