He seems to me like a college boy..at least he is talking like one... Disconnected from the reality..only reality he is connected to is the one he is living... Urban upper middle class... Lot of "talk" but no substance in his interview.. Even aakash not able to pull him up at many points he was sugar coating

Some people criticise that Chetan Bhagat changes his stand often times...but I find it as good quality. Nothing is absolutely correct or wrong, a person should repeatedly do assessments of the changing situations and make his/her opinion.
Flowing water is always better otherwise it becomes stale.
@Santhosh Krishnan not only Islam but also Hinduism, Christianity, Sikhism, Jainism, Budhism. According to me, religions should be not at all static but dynamic, thus changing with times. I being Hindu think that caste system should be completely scrapped. People should only use their first name.

Gandhi and Ambedkar both had different views on how to resolve caste issues, none were evil by their own nature. My mom is a house wife, a very simple, peaceful and religious lady and her information source is these news channels - she was so aggressive on Rhea Sushant issue, she said "Rhea should rot in hell" I asked her why she thinks so strongly about it, and how she came to this conclusion that Rhea has murdered Sushant? or how it affects her or our family - she says "All she learned about through news, a family lost their son, he was murdered by her, they should get justice.." I asked her, but you say we should not interfere in others matters, when our neighbor Bhatiya's uncle's daughter committed suicide, you did not say anything about that, did it not bother you?, and do you know how many are dying from coronavirus and hunger in our country? She said "Modi ji has everything in control, and there are no corona cases or deaths in India...." Can we not fu$%&*ng sue these news channels??

See i dont know of yours but i read newspaper daily and chetan Bhagat article on recent hot topic comes once week he do say about it but in print media form...... Dainik bhaskar his articles are fine
He has criticised bjp on several occasions, like during the attack on jnu in December. Now he is unbiased.
The problem is that his articles are more like sarcasm and not to the point. In one of his articles, he said that as usa bashes China for the pandemic , India should support China instead following one of their principles. He says indian youth only waste their time, being unaware of caa protests by youth.
Now people will not read my article properly and label me an andhbhakt.
We the youth are responsible for the things happening around us.....its actually the sad reality...we always crave for entertainment which only has caused the malfunctioning of various institutions of our country...for instance; media institution which sensationalises each and every news and do not show us the important issues.....

I am one of those 'aunties' who grew up in Mumbai in the 60s and 70s. We never discussed caste and had friends across religions, regions and castes. As kids we used to say that a day will come when we will become greater than America! Today, many of us are saddened to see this type of divisive dialogue. Chetan, your opinion on Indians believing that they are great, so there is no need to make India any greater is so true. We are living in a fools paradise. Akash...
