@@TheRbradenin our current day and age, for $5 you can get a small Mac and cheese at Popeyes. $10 for a fancy restaurant AND for it being in la is more than generous.
I’m Iranian and say the same thing all the time. It’s not just Asians, desserts are exceptionally sweet and poor quality in American culture outside of specific hidden gems.
Macaroooons = coconut and meringue slopped onto a cookie sheet and baked for 15 minutes. *Macarons* = almond meringue cookie sandwiches that take hours to make and are served the next day. Macaroons =/= Macarons!
I'm not much of a dessert guy, but I could see myself treating me to something like that every once in a while. That bakery knows how to sell with how their presentation is amazing. Prices are half of what I was expecting.
That's actually not that bad I don't like sweets much but i love women and it is a guarantee you gonna be taking them for sweets and triop to disney dea eventually here lol. These kind of sweets are super expensive here in Japan so ten bucks seems decent tho and i love lemon
No offense, but i genuinely don’t understand why ur ranking in decimal points, like genuinely what is the point of ranking it 9.7, like what did u remove the 0.3 for?
$10 for all that effort is insane! Kudos to that bakery
👏👏👏
Agreed, for a fancy place in LA, $10 seems quite reasonable.

I'm not Asian but I've heard "not too sweet" is the best compliment you can get on a dessert from an Asian person
yes it is
Idk what it is but a lot of Asians don’t like super sweet sugary desserts, so yes you’re correct!
😂 straight cap and dum AF
I guess I’m spiritually Asian then 😂 can’t stand too sweet desserts.

I was going to say if he paid for a 10$ lemon then I was going to scream. Thank god its a lemon cake
Its a damn good one too
Expected more Erewon content lol
Idk if places have started to step up their game or what but you've been dishing out incredibly high taste scores recently, ig it's a good sign really
My feeds have been showing good places.
Sweet and sour, 🗣️justified❕‼️

im super glad you did part 2! really liked the previous one!
Your Aurora videos make me really wanna check it out. For how beautiful the pastries are, the prices really are not bad at all.
No factory is mass producing that.
Can you do lemonade next
That lemon looks flipping good
You can eat rose petals if that's what it was?
Definitely going there, lemon anything is 🤩
Thank God it’s cake. Thought Erewhon were back at it again 🤣
Looks absolutely amazing 🤩
I enjoy lemon flavored desserts.

Life is Lemons 🍋 😋
I'm a sucker for lemon flavored desserts. Definitely gotta try Aurora next time I'm in LA.
That looked delicious 🤤
I want that lemon
I could see all these desserts in a fancy wedding, but won't look good when you get the bill 😔
that lemon cake looks insane
Get it!
That actually seems like a reasonable price. I'd love to try that.
9.7, very close to 10, rare!
From the title, I thought it was going to be an Omega Mart lemon™ (not to be confused with a lemon under any circumstances)
Now you gotta compare this to the Costco Lemon Meringue Cheesecake!! That has 4 components as well (and I still have half of one in my freezer lol).
Thats not bad i have seen some go for close to 20 euros in France
What?! Then its super justified ✅
@@shophocho7798 haha
Holy macarons a 9.7! 😂😂
9.7 is the highest rating I've ever seen him give... and it was to a lemon! 😂
I want that lemon. 😊
Your Walmart shoppers are all fainting 😂😂😂
Omh wow the GOT
""macaroon""
Yum

Thought this was going to be a lemon from Erwhon.
Looks like a actual lemon😅
You'll always be my favorite fruity hood asian 🥰🥰❤️
Limoncello
When life gives you lemons, you charge people $10 a piece
Only $10 and in LA? Ya, that’s totally justified!
Wow this is crazy
worth the ten dollars 100%
Sanest content on my feed.
Macaroon? Dude it's a Macaron
the inside looks like raw chicken dawg
No offense, but i genuinely don’t understand why ur ranking in decimal points, like genuinely what is the point of ranking it 9.7, like what did u remove the 0.3 for?
probably too high in calories
If your not into math its just to get the most accurate rating
Sometimes on a job application I ask for say 10.16 an hr. Just draws attention. Lol
I guess this channel will be doing videos and no more shorts for now on?
WTF does Slap your Momma good mean?
It means so good that you will slap your mom for it lol
I am new to ShoPhoCho. I am growing to like his reviews.
That lemon thing looked amazing
"not too sweet" is almost always a good thing
