Gluten free Bread from⤵️
• Korten spatsea
To 1 1/2 cup warm water, add 3 tablespoons honey, and 2 1/2 teaspoons quick rise yeast.
Let sit for 10 minutes to bloom.
Then add 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder. Stir well, and let sit for another five minutes.
Then whisk in 2 1/2 cups Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 gluten free baking flour, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons salt, and 2 egg whites
( you can use the egg yolk for an egg wash) or in my case, I scramble it up with extra eggs for breakfast.
Mix up well and place in well greased loaf pan/s.
Let rise in a warm area ( I let mine rise in my oven with the light on. Rises very well in 35-40 minutes.)
Then I bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes, or till it’s just the way you like it.
Pancake mix⤵️
4 c pancake mix
2 c ground oats
1/3 c wheat germ
1/3 c nutritional yeast
2 tbsp ground flax seed
mix and store
add buttermilk, vanilla, eggs to the dry mixture, add according to how much pancake mix you use
Chocolate chocolate chip muffins⤵️
2 cups pureed pumpkin
1 shredded zucchini
3 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1 1/2c white sugar
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1/3 c wheat germ
1/3 c nutritional yeast
1 c ground oats
3 tbsp cocoa
1 c mini chocolate chips
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
mix and add enough butter milk to get a muffin batter consistency
bake at 350f for about 20-25min

I found your UA-cam channel through Instagram I believe. We used to work together and I checked it out. I watch a number of mennonite moms around my age in the USA. I enjoy watching a seasoned mom and love all things baking, gardening, thrifting, and COFFEE 😊

About the psyllium husk, it does change the texture, I use it in place of guar gum. Of course,gluten free baking does tend to be more dense regardless. Your channel popped up some months ago, I clicked, loved it and subscribed. Great video.

Ok I will definitely try it with the Psyllium husk next time, I have been learning to bake gf for our son Inlaw but I honestly don't mind gf for myself as well. I'm very happy I came across your channel as well.

We’ve had a beautiful spring this year. Low humidity and not beastly hot. The pollen was terrible earlier but it’s much better now.
