7. Keep your promises. Treat yourself like the Queen that you are.
8. Learn (and ultimately master) new HEALTHY skills
9. UNDERSTAND: not every man is built to see your value. They are not all capable nor able.
10. Be confident and authentic
11. Create peace around you, and within you
12. NEVER EVER accept anything/anyone that disrespects you and your boundaries
13. Be open to correction and growth and evolution
14. Be the woman God wants you to be and has created you to be

I love listening to my messages from God when you give them to me Erika. I've somehow survived the past relentless weeks of trials and test, pushing me so hard I thought I would break down. Somehow I held in but with several upsetting days of homelessness and fear and deep deep depression. The last two days have been much better to me. I had a truly lovely day today, Fathers Day, with my two adult grandsons, my daughter in law and of course my son. The grandsons took us oldies to a superb restaurant for a 6 course Chinese meal! There was much family banter, and much family love. I could almost reach out and touch it. I thanked my son for inviting me and he said " my special day wouldn't have been the same without you there mum". What a lovely thing to say.
I know I'm going to face.more trials before they end, but a day like today gives me a bit more strength to pass the trials. Thank you God for a lovely day.xxx😇J.

Thank you again for this message. Can I say something that normally I would think of as conceited? " I'm actually proud of myself today! I felt poorly when I woke up, my head was pounding, I wanted to cry and go back to sleep because I was still awake at 4am. But I got up, had a cup of tea. Took 2 paracetomol tablets, showered and got dressed in smart clothes. Put on a little make-up and had some cereal.
I realised how.much better I was feeling, my head was still sore. I prayed and talked to God and Jesus as I usually do for almost an hour and then went for a walk.
It took courage to do all that Erika. I've been deeply unhappy, confused, depressed, wanting to give up but I've kept on going, I'm not a quitter as God will agree! I must drive him crazy sometimes but I am proud.if myself today. I've put one foot in front of the other. I've not given in. Today anyway! xxxx😇
