Fascinating! Not something I imagine I'll ever do on a project (but you never know, right?), but cool to see and learn about. (Though to be honest, I did to a New Year's Eve lace cover for a friend who wanted a glamorous face mask to travel to a small dinner with friends, so I did a cloth overlay that would fit on a disposable PPE facemask, made some black lace to go over that - and then sewed iridescent beads on to the lace. So who knows; she might ask me for beaded lace again some time, and then I will have your video saved!)
I found using a beading needle worked for me to add beads to lace. I'm a fashion student on an extremely fixed crafting budget (cuz I would totally blow it all on fabric and notions if I didn't. Who needs to eat when one has chiffon?!) Works really well for beads, probably not so well for sequins, will need to try it out! 😀
