    Hey Bart, have been following your content for over a year. dont know how I missed out on this series. Its really great! Its a great opportunity to get access to your thoughts to "mundane" or "unexciting" hands (the most common kind) as opposed to really unique spots brought forward by callers in the regular call-in episodes

    This is a great channel with great insight. I currently play $1/$2 NLH. And I'm seeing mistakes I do that you point out. Mainly bluffing with the wrong hands at the wrong times. Keep it up!

    10 man table? God why?
    The best thing about this videos is seeing that most people don't have a clue what's going on. I would love to sit at that table for a few hours!! I'm not really that good but watching this and seeing their hole cards and how much these guys gamble is crazy!

    Great to see some games i can relate to..not playing for sheepstations.
    With the best analysis in the business imo.
    Cheers bart
    1st hand for eg..befire watching your vids i woulda folded too.
    Now that i understand a little about habd reading and pot odds i call.
    Anorher pearl of wisdom. When inclined to slow play/ check a big hand..as per the k3 hand..bet small instead

    Great vid as always Bart
    2 questions Re the KJdd vs AJo hand
    1. 33 opened for 45$. AJ 3b to 200$. Effective stack of $1600 (33). Hes not getting the right odds to set mine yet you said he should call all pairs in the SB/late/button configuration.
    The situation is also Further complicated by the rec in the SB who VPIP 50% had just flatted his open and likely to flat especially if the button called the 3! Thus isn’t it an easy fold instead as it’s impossible to call a single bet if you don’t hit your set even heads up, if somehow the SB folded (but if he’s been playing there any more than an hour or two is probably quite aware of his VPIP and play style ), but especially multi-way
    2. Turn was 3rd club. AJ o has the Ac and calls the $300 bet. That’s standard
    River shove you said it’s worse he has the Ac as you want the V to have it for bluffing purposes
    Well that’s true if there’s 2 clubs on board but there are 3 clubs on board. That and the guy being a rec all 2 card club flushes could be jammed esp by this player type
    Thus holding the Ac is almost irrelevant
    Not irrelevant but all it tells the perceivesd H of the hand is he doesn’t have the nuts (nuts changes on the river when the 4 pairs, making it even more impossible to call as V could shove a huge amount of hands here - anything from trips to flushes to boats).
    If the 3rd club didn’t peel off I totally get it and agree, but as there are 3 clubs, and especially as V is a rec-maniac type, the “value” of holding the Ac is almost irrelevant in my eyes anyway
    Anyway concept and points taken and mainly agreed upon
    Thanks for taking so much of your time and effort on these outstanding productions 👍🏻👍🏻

      Really great questions/thoughts. I could not agree more. I also think AJ can be the bottom call here. AT must fold. But looking at all the hands against a maniac, AJ can call sometimes. Turn over your AJ when you call. Send a message to table you’re unbluffable. That’s high EV against a maniac and the rest of the table.

    In the first hand, I put him on exactly and only QQ or JJ. He looked scared on the A and when KK didn't bet, he assumed he had the best hand.

    Na, Don is value betting here after the A is checked and just without much analysing is assuming he 'probably' has the best hand. So often a check is read as over-weakness and he just stuck in half pot. That what it looks like to me.

    @17:00 what's the point of raising 40% of our stack when we're against a player who knows we're not folding. Just letting him free roll the last 500 on the turn. Not that big of an overbet, just jam all the hands we want to raise.

  • @FastdounutTV

    That happened to me. Accidental bluff. Guy rips it in on the river after missing his straight draw but hitting a pair. I call with AK putting him on the missed flush but he goes you’re good I just have a pair 🤦🏼‍♂️

    Bart,
    A pet peeve of mine is that you constantly say “fold out” when you mean “fold.”
    To “fold out” a hand is to get your opponent to fold. To “fold” a hand is when you yourself fold.
    It’s kind of like the difference between “rent” and “rent out.” You would never say “I’m renting out a house” if you’re the one paying rent and living there (as opposed to you being the landlord).

    Why does CrushlivePoker give info about chances that are wrong?
    14:15 AQu versus A9s is NOT 55 45. It is 66 28 (and a 6%tie).
    Bart, your one of the best commentators and you seem to participate in CrushlivePoker. What are you going to do about this?

    • @CrushlivePoker
      @CrushlivePoker  2 роки тому

      What are you talking about the live at the bike graphics? The graphics on all of these streams take into account the dead cards. Has nothing to do w CrushLivePoker. Bart

    • @janvdplaat3067
      @janvdplaat3067 2 роки тому

      @@CrushlivePoker Bart, Thanks for the super fast reaction and clarifying this issue.
      If you take the dead cards into account, the chances as live given, are indeed correct!
      [ 14:15 AQu vs A9s is: 55% 45% including dead cards. 69% 31% without ].
      In this example the dead cards make a difference of 14% compared to the chances without them.
      Amazing. Did not realise this could be the case. Srry for the discomfort, I brought upon you.
      If these chances have nothing to do with CrushLivePoker, I gladly leave to your judgement.

    Thing is , Bart…I think you’re underestimating the skill level of the texas players in these games. In hand #1 we saw an almost bryn kenneyesk like advanced bluff to get the guy to lay down KK. These texas players are playing above the rim, just ask Doug Poke.

    • @CarsonBallantine
      @CarsonBallantine 6 місяців тому

      Are you serious ? The QQ thought he had the best hand on the river so he value bet. not a bluff. KK too nitty to realize nobody had an Ace.
