    Recipe for marinade FOR CHICKEN:
    For one baby chicken-
    2 tbsp Tandoori masala
    2 tbsp Peri Peri sauce
    1 tbsp Fresh garlic and ginger paste
    Juice of half a lemon
    Salt and pepper to your taste
    Recipe for marinade for Afghani Lamb
    1 kg of lamb leg
    3 tables spoon of Yogurt
    2 Lemons
    5 crushed garlic
    1 teaspoon ginger powder
    1 teaspoon coriander
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1 teaspoon crushed chilli
    2 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoon Olive oil
