Adam after your talk about spending time with your dad it really hit home with me. my dad is 73 and not getting any younger. every week i tell myself to spend time with him but then i make other plans. i feel really selfish and know my dad would love to spend more time with me so tomorrow im taking him fishing like we used to do a lot. i could see how happy he was when i asked him and he started getting his stuff ready right away. im actually getting emotional writing this because i realise how selfish ive been lately looking after myself and ignoring the rest of the world. Thank you so much for that talk, i really needed it and im really looking forward to spending some time with my old man tomorrow, im going to try and make it a more regular thing too because you never know how much time you have left with them. thank you again Adam, youre a living legend
