    I need to say a big thank you. I did this as a no bake, made with a packet of plain gelatin dissolved and boiled first in a bit of water. Then I omitted the egg. My family loves no bake anyway, but your proportions and spices were PERFECT. Thank you for the quality recipe, and have a MERRY Christmas and Happy Holiday!

    Thank you - what a timely recipe! Do you think this would be solid enough to cut without a crust? I generally don't use crusts and do low carb more easily this way. It looks scrumptious, BTW!

      @RM-gp4ur Your welcome. My cheesecake was not solid like most of them. I do think it would hold up better with a crust. You can try and see if it works.
