In the second riddle, (the one with the coded letters) the wording of the explanation of how to get the time and date should be switched.
T comes before U in the alphabet.
M comes after L.

#2 "Replace all the letters in the Date section with the letter that comes after them in the Alphabet". That means the DATA is "UFXOUZ" would be :"VGYPVA" (assuming loop back from Z to A). "GJGUI" is "HKHVJ". "PG" is "QH" and "EGDFNCFS" is "FHEGODGT". And you said that the time is the letter that comes before them. So "LHCMHFGS" becomes "KGBLGEFR". Maybe try watching your video before posting to see if it makes sense.
