Sir in page number 117 of institute mat illustration 4 , they have considered Prepaid expenses in the calculation of capital Employed.. why it is considered there? Because it should not be taken ryt ?
Prepaid expenses are not fictitious asset like preliminary expenses or deferred revenue expenditure. Prepaid expenses are classified as current asset hence it is always included in the value of total asset while calculating capital employed
