If you guys are confused about the title, it takes roughly 1 hour to complete your 100 daily trades, and since its spread across 10 days, it took him 10 hours to do the trades
Or he meant days and wrote hours by mistake
@@Miru_Man no theres a reason why poke daxi pinned this comment
Ok that makes sense! I was beginning to excited like maybe they removed the limit
Let's go I got pinned! 😂
Thanks now it makes sence
With the seasonal bonuses I have been trying to remember to do some trades each day with my partner.
Recently I got a 98% lucky shiny Axew and a 100% lucky Charmander.
Good luck everybody!
Hii want to do Random trade
One of the best videos for early access. Once i start earning my own money , I'll definitely get the membership
Cool video, really enjoyable. Please more!
That is quite a nice concept, I feel that trading is the forgotten feature for pokemon go and would deserve to receive some love from the DEV in the future.
I feel that being able to do some random trade with people nearby could be a good option.
Great video daxi😊
3:16 that's a rank 154 for UL, but still great because getting good legendaries for PvP is really hard. My only good legendary for PvP is a rank 14 Cresselia for GL (2/13/14)
For best experience watch at 2x speed.
Thanks You for all the content
Great vid! 😉
I’d love to do this but I probably don’t have the patience cause the animation takes forever once you’ve done like 15 or more😶
Love the video ideas bro keep it up
You're the reason why i still play PoGo 😊😊
Cool as video man Hello from Australia
I would trade if they just added bulk trading, I hate how long it takes to trade, even if they removed the lengthy animation it'd be awesome.
Yeah my gf hates trading because it's a tedious process. I love working good lucky's
Working on getting good luckys* lol
@@MJ-bi9bhsame lol
I agree, although with Niantic bulk trading would create countless other issues that would likely break trading.
But like with many areas of the game the animations and number of screens could be cut down.
So crunching the numbers, the probability of a hundo is 1/669
P(Hundo)
= P(Hundo ∩ Lucky) + P(Hundo ∩ Not Lucky)
=(1/64)(1/20) + (1/1331)(19/20)
≈ 1/669
A quick explanation for the numbers:
* 1/64 comes from (15 - 12 +1)³ = 64, since luckies have IV floor of 12.
* 1/20 is the experimentaly calculated probabilty of a lucky trade occuring.
* 1/1331 comes from (15 - 5+1)³ = 1331, since non-lucky best friend trades have IV floor of 4.
* 19/20 = 1 - 1/20 is the probability of not getting a lucky trade.
This value only accounts for one person, but if you count both the received and sent pokemon then each trade is 2 tries. So the odds of either one of the people trading getting a hundo is apprximately 1/335.
So out of 1000 trades, you're expected to get almost exactly 3 hundos in total for both people, which means that getting 4 is just above odds. Confirmed UA-camr luck!
The blinking eyes in fast mode is crazy
Trading is awesome feature, me and my friend play Pokemon together. We trade often to get some good luckies.
can you do this more often i love these vids
I got click-baited! Lol, I was thinking the hours were consecutive. :) I watched the whole thing, though. Fun video, grats to you and your mom on that haul.
You can technically trade 101 Pokemon everyday (102 with this season) : 100 normal trades and 1 special ! The special is separate!!! Just make sure you do your special trade(s) before the 100th normal trade
Axew CD gives you 5 on that day
This only works some of the time, and can differ between players.
For example I completed 100 trades with one person and did no other trades with anyone else that day, I hit my limit, he didn’t and was able to complete the extra 1 (not special) with someone else. I have also had it the other way around.
There really should be a trade counter. ## more trades available today.
@@sambeaumont395 the trick is you need to do your 2 specials before doing your 100 trades. So what I usually do with buddies is we tag 99 pokes we wanna trade. And then do the 2 specials and then do the 100th last and done! 102.
I've also traded with several people throughout the day and it's always 102! Just make sure you do the specials BEFORE doing your 100th trade
But 10000% agree we need a trade counter
@@vicasooo I have done specials within first 50 and still sometimes get capped at 100 trades total.
Not always but more often.
Hmmm nice luck on the shiny swinub. But tbh I almost never trade shiny non-legendaries, especially during the current bonus (with the 2 special trades). My goal usually is every day to trade the max possible amount of legendaries (ubs) per day and always make it so there is XL candy (meaning any trade during a season like this or 100+ km outside of the current bonus).
regarding the season bonus - my fav as well, I also trade a ton with my wife's account. too bad the Samsung auto trade option is no longer viable. Sometimes I use the workaround with 2 phones but it is more bothersome since there is more room for error and need for manual interaction. But regardless it is a great season for XL candy farm.
And actually this kind of seasons combined with the regular events is the main reason why I stopped searching for nests (related to your previous vid) in the last 1-2 years...there is just plenty of pokemon during the different events and plenty of XLs during trades so there is no longer such a big need to go and search for nests of specific pokes.
Don’t normally comment but this video was banging would love to see more ❤
Glad you enjoyed it! Maybe 3000 next time?
I just got my 1 st lucky 100% lucky kyogre not shiny but it is going best buddy and max out 😂 great vid showing reality of trades
Thank you for the video. We truly enjoy watching your videos. So if its not good for battle league and its not a 96 or above, do you delete the luckies? Can you do a video on heaviest, lightest, tallest and shortest Pokemon?
My friend, partner, and I trade 100 times almost every day. We do delete all Lucky Pokemon that aren't 96%+ or don't have optimal PvP IVs. I've probably done approximately 62,000 trades and have 82 Hundo Pokemon from trades, which averages out to be 1 Hundo for every 756 trades. (I did not include 5 Hundo Pokemon I got from guaranteed Lucky Trades with Lucky Friends.)
And the chances of you both getting mad keeps that up both 100% is so funny
Today is squirtle community day, and I was trading while listening to a podcast, these definitely give something to entertain anyone doing the super boring task called doing trades
Love the trade videos ❤🎉
Haven't played long time now i play and start trade have to 1 minutes for another trade.did they changed?
I usually trade with my brother in Pokémon go when we both get the same Pokémon that has IVs that we don’t like
Nice vid
Even though Niantic ineffectiveness in handling pokemon go and not enough transparency in game event but in this year 2023 Niantic do the righteous thing in Pokemon Go! This is increase by double scanning radius for grinding pokemon in the wild. It implement for all players.
My brother and I did random shiny trades and both got shlundos . Different days though
Yesterday, I traded my Groudon from my main account to 2nd account to obtain XL candy but after that my 2nd account which i rarely use got Hundo Groudon. FML😂
Happened to me with Rayquaza 😡😂
Bro as soon as he showed his mom getting her first hundo I got a HUNDO SABLEYE in Pokémon go from the research box. Getting the daxi luck
Like or comment on this if you recognised that he said shiny spheal at 11:17
Anyone else got the route maker?
Poke Daxi! Thanks for the awesome videos!
I got myself one 98% shiny crypto articuno from raids ❤
Did you do 1,000 trades or 1,020? I see you were doing your special trades. We still get 102 trades per day with the 2 special trades right? Or is that not a thing anymore?
That only works sometimes.
@@sambeaumont395 You have to do the special trades before you get to 100. It's always worked for me. (I think) :)
I did 1300 trades last month. no 4 stars, but we aren’t best buddies yet so that’s probably why. Tons of great pokemon though. usually 5-6 near perfect ones per day and more with great pvp ivs
Even at Ultra Friends the IV spread gives 1:2,197 odds (excluding lucky)
Assuming 5% chance of getting lucky (5 per 100).
Ultra Friend odds of a perfect Pokémon is about 1:2,090.
Don’t give up.
Heyo Daxi ❤
Got My 1st 4 star lucky yesterday
PokeDaxi is this a good ultra league team? Best Buddied Gyarados with waterfall/aqua tail/crunch, Aggron with smack down/rock tomb/stone edge, Dragonite with dragon breath/ dragon claw/ outrage.
Gyarados and Dragonite are great Ultra League mons, Aggron is a little less competitive but still relevant. You want low attack, high defense and hp in terms of IVs for all three
@@twinz1008 Thanks for telling me
Im fairly new to Pokemon GO and i just wanted to know how this works? Do you just trade any pokemon with a friend moutliple times? Sorry if its a basic question but im just not sure. Any help would be great, thanks!
Yes any pokemon that you can trade to a friend is kind of easy. So basically you need stardust and a few other requirements to trade, because that's what makes it possible.
1, stardust. 2, friendship level. Depending on the friendship level it lowers your stardust cost. Makes it easier to trade. 3, you can't trade mythicals or shadow pokemons. Mythicals are like mew and celebi for example, also because their like a 1 time special research event. 4, trading stats and candy cost. When trading a pokemo. The CP changes to match your trainer level. Example, I'm 47 and my friend is 39, the CP of my charmander that I trade to him will go lower then normal. My char, has 478cp, his will go to 435. Onto candy cost trading pokemons, now like gengar takes 100 candy to evolve, but of you trade your haunterfor another haunter it will cost 0 candy. Some of the pokemons will be like that.
4, traded pokemons, Once traded they can't be traded anymore, 1 time trade off. 4, Distance trade, the farther the pokemon trades the better you'll get xl candies. So, like for me if I have a gastly from Seattle and I trade a friend from Japan. The distance will be huge.
You can trade almost any Pokémon.
You cannot trade
- Pokémon that have been traded before,
- shadow Pokémon,
- mythical (except Meltan/Melmetal)
There are daily caps for special trades (default 1, but can be up to 5 or 6 with event), which are for
- Legendary,
- Mythical (Meltan/Melmetal only)
- Purified
- Shiny Pokémon
- Pokémon not in your/friends Dex
Overall there is a daily cap of 100 trades, in some instances this only relates to normal trades, so with specials this could be as high as 106 but not always guaranteed to be extra - make sure do specials within 100 to improve chances of getting the extras.
There are Pokémon such as Machoke, Haunter and Boldore that can evolved for free after being traded. (Saves candy)
Trading will re-roll the IVs of the traded Pokémon so gives another chance at getting a Hundo or otherwise better IV (doesn’t necessarily have to be higher, could be better for PVP) than one you may already have.
The IV floor depends on friendship level (1, 2, 3, 5), or lucky (12). Lucky trades occur randomly at about a 5% chance. Interacting with Best Friends can trigger (only first interaction per day) a becoming Lucky - means next trade with that person is guaranteed lucky.
Lucky Pokémon have reduced power up costs (half the stardust).
Trading for Pokémon that were caught at a greater distance from each other will reward higher candy XL chance - guaranteed if over 100km.
With all of the animations and screens trading 100 Pokémon can take an hour or longer.
Normal trades cost 100 stardust each, special trades cost varied amounts depending on what is being traded and friendship level.
These can be reduced during certain events - but IMO they (Niantic) also play with other odds so is a trade off.
As long as you and your friend agree you can trade whatever Pokémon you like for whatever Pokémon your friend has within those restrictions and costs as noted above.
In theory trade odds for a Hundo are
1:1331 with best friends
1:20 chance for a lucky
1:64 chance for a Hundo from a lucky.
So overall around 1:1,267 for a Hundo.
So would say you did pretty well here.
odd for a lucky hundo is 1/1280, odd for a hundo that isnt lucky is 1/1331 so the odd is about 1/650 for a hundo.
@@mitzki1214 - lucky ivs are 12-15. If it is lucky, Hundo odds are 1:64.
@@mitzki1214 also, what - how can overall odds be better than both sets of individual odds - your math is wack.
Wild/full odds (iv 0-15) Hundo - 1:4,096
Good Friends (iv 1-15) Hundo - 1:3,375
Great Friends (iv 2-15) Hundo - 1:2,744
Ultra Friends (iv 3-15) Hundo - 1:2,197
Weather-boosted (iv 4-15) Hundo - 1:728
Best Friends (iv 5-15) Hundo - 1:1,331
Raid/Egg/Research (iv 10-15) Hundo - 1:216
Lucky trade (iv 12-15) Hundo - 1:64
Chance of a random trade going lucky is 1:20 (5%) - although this increases if one/both of the Pokémon are older.
Assuming you are trading with a best friend (1:1331) and Random lucky trades (1:64) occur 5% of the time.
1:1331 x 95% + 1:64 x 5% = 1:1,267.65, say 1:1,268 overall.
For good measure getting a Hundo from a Shadow (as shadow or post purifying) is 1:151.7, say 1:152
If the Shadow is weather-boosted this improves to 1:64.
If not mistaken Shadow Legendaries (iv updated to 6-15) - so, shadow Hundo 1:1,000, Shadow/purified Hundo about 1:37.
@@sambeaumont395 why did you list multiple odds of hundos? I was just talking about trading.
@@sambeaumont395 also 1/1268 as a result doesn’t make sense already because even when lucky Pokémon weren’t a thing the odd getting a hundo from a trade is 1/1331, however you would calculate the odd of getting a lucky hundo (20x64= 1280) (yes I know the odd of a lucky hundo is 1:64 but that only works if you are lucky enough to get a lucky(1/20) ) so at the end you would calculate 1/1280 + 1/1331 ~ 1/650
Nice video🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😂
Next time I get together with my local trade partner I’ll hit 15,000 trades. Trading can be such a grind but some of my best PvP pokemon are from random lucky trades. My hundo Gfisk and my lucky hundo Excadill are both from trades 💪🏽
i think you meant 10 days in the title
I don't like how trading is just a more tedious method to transfer pokemons. I only use it to reroll IVs on rare or meta Pokemons I would actually want to keep.
I want to know how many times you got lucky friends
How many 4* u got from trades
The best I ever got from trade was a hundo shiny axew on a lucky trade
10 k trades would be cool
not to mention a 1000 candy XL
From 22k trades I've done, I've received 32 hundos (avg each 687 trades) - i' m either unlucky or your mother is pretty lucky!
2500 trades and counting with my son...Son 2 Hundos. And 5 to me with half being lucky for both. All of the hundos were mirror trades from comm days and none from random. I am a higher level that my Son. Which must account for the difference? Around 300 each-for level 3/4 with around 10 % Being in the high 90s. Trading gave us better IVs in general. With hundos approx one in a thousand across the entire game. I.M.O !
I got 1 random shundo regigigas 😶🤩
How do you do lucky trades with each other....you both probably have pokedexes filled already
Trading should be more easier. Like selecting all the trading Pokemon while trading and send them all randomly with friend nearby. Will this ever be possible Pokedaxi ?
Given Niantics track record - No.
Have they changed the chances of luckies?
I thought if both trainers had more than 15 lucky Pokémon any non lucky friend trades won’t go lucky
Any non lucky trade has around 5% chance iirc to go lucky. Depending on RNG, u may get 7-8 lucky per 100 trades in a day and only 1 or 2 the next day for 100 trades.
Trading older Pokémon can also help increase random Lucky odds.
Sir what will non ticket holder get in London go fest?
Please make a short on that
@@pranavmuprathikshamu9247 I’m pretty sure you need the tickit for the bonuses
you need ticket for in person go fests
@@xcyphs atleast raids?
@@pranavmuprathikshamu9247 you can do mega rayquaza raids but you can't get mega energy until global unless you have ticket
My friend, partner, and I trade 100 times almost every day. I've probably done approximately 62,000 trades and have 82 Hundo Pokemon from trades, which averages out to be 1 Hundo for every 756 trades. (I did not include 5 Hundo Pokemon I got from guaranteed Lucky Trades with Lucky Friends.)
That is an incredibly good return.
Odds for a Hundo through Random trades among best friends is 1:1,268.
According to my badge I have done 39,297 trades but I know for a fact that is well below what I have traded.
Oh ma lord
I've hardly traded like 10 pokemon in my entire time playing pokemon go. 1000 is ridiculous omg.
We need some changes in trading... It takes so much time and it's feels boring
Did he say 98 shiny Spheal? Or was that just me hearing things?
Timestamp?
Edit:yes he said that
Welp your mum is ready for dudunsparce when it comes at least. She might even get lucky and get the 3 segment form
how is he trading so many people don't they need to be near him?
What a nice ToS breaking content lol
I have a auto macro trade setup & yet I don't have the patience to do 100 trades a day🤣 nice job man...
That’s great though.. I also programmed a trade macro quite a while ago, but it’s quite finicky (to put it simply). I don’t think I’ve ever got it to do more than 50 trades in a row. Not to mention my phone kept on overheating while running, though that was probably due to opening two accounts at the same time in a split screen view 😂
@@frozenflame1723 yeah, best to use 2 phones, unless ur running the latest&d greatest snapdragon 8gen2 ofc🤗
Title was confusing lol
on average you should only get 1 perfect pokemon in 1000 trades when the odds are 1/668. more luckies significantly increases the odds but that also requires luck :)
Best Friend Hundo odds based on IV spread (5-15) available = 1:1,331
Random Lucky trades odds based on their IV spread (12-15) = 1:64
Random lucky trades occur about 5% of the time.
Overall odds for Best Friends is about 1:1,268.
(1:1,331x95%)+(1:64x5%)
Obviously if you get more than 5 random lucky trades per 100 this will come down. With lucky friends this may shift down a small amount too.
When you trade, the CP of a Pokémon goes up?
When you trade a Pokémon the IVs will change. There are different floors for different friend levels and lucky trades.
If the IVs improve the CP should increase.
However, if you trade for a high level Pokémon where the level of that Pokémon exceeds the cap your Pokémon can power up to then it will drop levels to match your cap. Depending on level and IV change this could still improve end CP, but is for obvious reasons less likely to happen.
I wish we could disable best friend trade bonus IV floor without unfriending them. The only reason I ever trade is for that PvP IV legendaries, otherwise just pray for the lucky friend to trade rarer Pokemons like legendaries or shinies.
Don’t you have to unfriend for like 3 months too to reset?
RIP me with no pogo friends xD
I have no friends to trade with 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Special trades don’t count towards the 100 daily
So really we have 101-106 pending how many specials are given to us
Just need to make sure you don’t cap normals
Bro looks like joaquin phoenix
I've only traded one Pokémon and it was with my mom.
I love traiding in Pokémon go
Would love to have a couple friends to send gifts and stuff
Ok
It's so boring... They should atleast allow us to select minimum of 10 Pokémon at a time.
1.5hrs to just trade is so boring
bro i have 6 000 trades and only 4 lucky hundos wtf
being best friends makes a huge difference and making sure to do 100 at a time to get the luckies does too. it’s 1/668 to get a 4 star with best friends but if you’re not getting luckies it’s only 1/1331
i love how he calls the other account his moms account so he doesnt get banned
But it is.
Are you crazy? How can you not be super happy with a 15-13-12 lucky shiny Kyogre? Do you know it's only around a decimal second you will win a raid faster with a 15-15-15 IV Kyogre compared to a 12-12-12 IV Kyogre if you power them up to level 50. It's only if you don't power up your pokémon to max the 15-15-15 can have a small advantage in some situations not needing to power it up as much to reach a certain raid breakpoint. Please tell me a situation where you need a decimal second more to win the raid? The answer should be "never in reality". Individual Values are so much overrated and if you got a lucky - no matter the IV - you should be happy saving a lot of dust. I'm certainly happy with my lucky 14-14-14 shiny Kyogre and the Mega evolved form are one of my top 10 favorites. I'm also very happy I got a shundo Rayquaza in a lucky trade and caught a shundo Mewtwo because they're my 2 favorite pokémon, but if I should choose between a not lucky hundo and a lucky 12-12-12 I would for sure always choose to use the lucky one because I know IV doesn't matter much in reality. Lucky, using the best possible moves in a situation and power up as much as you can, means a lot more and guess you know it, but have fallen into the "group pressure shundo/hundo hype" trap which doesn't make much sense really. You still have time to get a Max Mega level Kyogre before Go Fest using your lucky 15-13-12 - Go for it!
I wouldn’t power that kyo up
Can someone trade me a Tauros
