相仓合掌造村落在1995年被认定为联合国教科文组织的世界遗产，
这座村庄在江户时代大量出产盐硝火药原料，在加贺藩领地繁荣起来，
也因此这些奇特的农舍得以被细心保存至今。
此区合掌造式的房屋不使用任何钉子，陡斜茅草屋顶是针对冬季设计，
虽然一年四季都有不同的风景，
但是在风雪飞舞的冬季拜访，是最能体现出建筑特点的时机
另外传说此处还有以前天狗路过村庄留下的足迹，但是冬天就看不见了

Aikura Gassho Village was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995.
