Dears, Happy Diwali! Work Life Balance - Most probably depends on number of hours work in a day with how comfortable you are delivering the work. The combination always keep you healthy. Working in weekends is completely depending on nature of the project (Support / Development). In my view, if the team member is not satisfied with current work life balance, then manager has to help. Salary salb - It always bound with Lower and Upper limits. If anyone's salary is crossing upper limit, then they should be very careful everyday. Switching companies creates more variances in salaries. But, HR is having their own limits in offering a package. Fraud calls/interviews - None of IT comapny is very clean in recruiting process. There are multiple marketing strategies to show case their company brand in market. Recruitment drives also one of them. Great work! Blindly I given my 10th memory on Medplus for Pharmacist job but after HR interview i realised it's not worth for me now I decided to take back my memo but HR not given my memo.. I did't submit Offer letter on Pharmacy i did't take training but they are asking 1 Month salary of that job for take back memo.. What I do now ? They asking 10K atleast.. but I'm not joined even offer letter also have in my hands
