I’m having a hard time why everybody has been using a flux core welder lately is it because it cost? Anyways, I admire what you’re doing. Keep up the good work.
JDFirebird, Thank you for your comments! Doing autobody work has taken on the dimension of art and craftsmanship combined. I'm using a flux core welder because it the best application based on these factors. Cost, environment and portability. It's more affordable to plug into a 110 outlet. I weld mostly outside, and the flux is less susceptible to wind and rain. The flux core welder is lighter and more mobile to move around than two tanks to include the welder itself. Have yourself an Ablecraft day!
