I wonder how important passenger transport is going to be. If we end up in a situation where Star Atlas becomes more than just a spaceship game then it might make a lot of sense to use these kinds of ships as private jet/taxi service between planets and stations.
@@MetaVerseExplorer With the recent rumors about racing in July, maybe a couple of racing ships? Would be great to see how they stack up against one another. Thanks! 🚀
Greate comparison. Very interesting to think about two different, similar Star Atlas ships rank them. Like you said it is early and things could change, but still very interesting content to watch.
great camera! you definitely have a professional setup! I would take the bitboat over the Arc simply for the built in theater lol but I agree the Arc wins. Realistically, I will never be able to get a large ship, but through score I will be able to afford an OPOD in a few months. Loved the video!
once the module changes become available, (personalisation/make it your own) changing the medbay or theatre to a cargo hold will max its utility. taking into account that not all ships modules' will be able to be swapped ofc, but having a cargo foreman might provide a hint of this becoming an option... 2 2 4 weeks from now :)
Yeah I can see where your going. If you can swap out the modules it'll allow for much better customisation. In this case the bitboat is probabaly the better ship
Hola mi amigo, Nice video, I like what you did there! Cool content as usual... BitBoat vs. Arc, I think you're probably right. I scored it 4 - 5 in favour of the Arc (only just, due to timeline, haha). They drew on usecases. So probably deserves to be ranked higher than the bottom 😉. For economies to thrive you need to enable the movement of goods, services and *People. Average people and players with ships below medium won't be able commute across vast distances and will need access to a BitBoat, I imagine transport networks are likely to emerge as critical infrastructure, like it is for planes, trains and automobiles, etc. Anyways, if I ever get one (very unlikely), you will be more than welcome to do your show from there or hold an event! You're fiancé is welcome to, but remember - we got florescent lights on the dance floor! 🚨
each faction own a ship builder, Oni owns Busan for example, and have contracts with Ogrika, Calico and Fimbull but no contract with Opal! Opal deals with Ustur and Mud but no faction owns them. Rainbow's are made by Photoli! i think that it will be easier to get blueprints from Rainbow for every faction than get blueprints from Opal for Oni! maybe i'm wrong...i just wanted to give à +1 for the Arc, i love this ship, and all Rainbow's!!😍
LOL this made my fiancé CACKLE, well done lol I think it looks nice! also yes, not until the bullrun comes back. i have to look unshaven and desperate lol

Oh yeah I have no doubt it'll become valuable. I can image having to ferry people to and from space events or activities
Fun video ME. Congrats on the new camera.
Always a good watch!
Eyy thanks ray
Excellent idea for a series of videos dude. More please 👍
No probs my man.
What ships should we compare?

So you just want to watch movies in space don't you. What if I replace a module in the arc with a cinema?
Would you like it then
@@MetaVerseExplorer I'm there then! Haha you woulda made a friend out of a pirate lol
@@pockthepirate how else do I make sure you don't plunder my booty!? Lol no euphemism there

@@MetaVerseExplorer nah bro its not about being better, both are great imo, its about how we can use them down the line as u said also.

hahahahha i love it, thanks for the invite. we'll def be there
It's easy for every faction to deal with Rainbow, it's not with Opal! +1 for Arc 😄and gratz for your new cam btw!
Thanks alot man. But what did you mean with the factions?
As in it's faction agnostic?
