- Join me as Al takes us on a tour of his beautiful aquarium store, Lifestyle Aquariums and Reptiles in Bundoora Melbourne.
I've managed to microphone Al up so that he can give us a personal tour of his store and go over all of the details of things like his brand new display, some of the corals and of course the fish in store.
Be sure to pop in and say hi if you are in the area!
what an amazing store! And such a helpful man!!!!
Lovely store indeed!
Yall just have a plethora of beautiful LFS! Love the tours 👏🔥💯🙌
Thanks mate, appreciate it as always!
Loving the choice with display Al, 👌
Looks good hey!
Thanks mate!
Al's Tanks looking good, had to see it in person today. The setup is moving so quick even the coral are encrusting and branching.
It’s doing well hey! Amazing for such a young system
Thanks man,
I know right!
it looks better in person :)
Sweet
It’s a great store!!
LoL it is a Duncan - Duncanopsammia peltata
The piece behind the Duncan I thought was a turbinaria?
Yes, Sam is right!
It used to be Turbinaria and now it is part of Duncan - so they moved Peltata from Tubinara to Duncan - who can keep up with all these changes but to me it's like halfway between both ;) @@ParkersReef
Great store! Great video! Keep them coming! Thanks mate!
More to come!
Ive been waiting for this!
Hope you enjoyed it
love the Achilles tang.. so nice color ❤❤❤
Such a gorgeous fish
Awesome . I love reef tanks 😊 old or new
You and me both :)
Thanks! Great tour, nice guy
Thank you!!
With how much par you start approx?
He has them at 30% power, but I’d estimate par to still be reasonable due to having three of the large fixtures in there
Hello
Hey there!
Great vid sam I really enjoy the shop tours some of these shops are up to a two hour drive for me so it's great to see if the store is for me or not, Al's shop looks great and I will be putting it
on my list of stores to visit look forward to the next one.
Glad i could help! Be sure to tell them you saw the video when you do visit!!
@@ParkersReef Definitely will do.👍
Morning everyone
Welcome :)
No lids on the wrasse tanks - brave
Al knows what he’s doing :)
@@ParkersReef Not implying he doesn't; but wrasse are very very jumpy, that's just a fact.
What would be your current light recommendation Sam? I've got a cade 2100 coming. I will to begin with transfer the 2 hydra 52 and 2 hydra 32 from the existing 4ft
Yeah heaps of options!! Could go ai blades, radions, coral cares, t5, whatever you like!
What are you wanting to keep long term
@@ParkersReefI'm planning sps along the top half of the scape and LPS along the lower section. I'm going to have a extruded aluminium frame hanging over the tank so can fit anything really.
