8th Int. Hillclimb Homburg 1981 (TV Report) German Hill Climb Cup, KARSBERG Race, Renault Formula 2

153 Participants in the 8th KARSBERG Hill Climb organized by the "Homburger Automobil Club" in 1981. Manfred Hubele from "Saarländisches Rundfunk" (TV) was on Käshofer Strasse with his camera team on both days. Interview with Race Director Hartmut Schöffler and Overall Winner Dieter Kern in a Renault Alpine Formula 2. Karl Jordan (also in the interview) took second place ahead of Formula 3 driver Karl Hasenbichler (both March). The fastest touring car driver was local hero Claus Dupré from Schiffweiler in his Audi Coupé.
