Five Rules of Gutman 100-Day Challenge:
1. Workouts: Engage in one 60-minute workout daily including active recovery (walking, swimming, jogging, light yoga)
2. Protein - Min 1 gram / kg / body weight
3. Fiber - Min 5 plant points ( any fruit, vegetables, nuts or seeds will be counted as 1 point)
4. Meditation - Min 10 min
5. No ultra processed food
You're my inspiration. My weight was 83 kg in December and today morning it was 76.7 kg. Slow progress but I'm aiming for a lifestyle change and not just crash dieting and excessive workout....
I AM IN MARCH 88KG NOW 13 APRIL 80 KG. I RUN DAILY 5KM WITHOUT ANY DIET ONLY I AVOID JUNK FOOD AND EXTRA EATING

@@JessShit555 It is possible for someone with body fat % above 25. Running 5 Kms for them is a heavy task, and over time they can reduce impulsive weights. But once a threshold weight is reached, the body gets used to jogging, and the pace of weight reduction is going to get reduced. Then, they can enter the gym, and resume the weight loss if they want to. It is a good question by the way🎉

I'll not be a doctor but I want to learn more about the nutritions of food. Can you do videos on which food contains what(like protein, vitamin, etc.) and how much of vitamin, protein and other nutritions we need each day or in each meal. I think if we(especially those who are not science students) learn these things from your videos, we'll never forget them. I love your way of giving info in a fun way. ❤️

Hi, Dr., I will also join in your challenge from next Tuesday onwards. My customised challenges are:
1. Workout 40 mnts daily
2. Consume minimum 4plant points
3.IF: 14 hours fasting window
4. Meditation: 12 mnts
5. No ultra procesed food and white sugar sweetners
6. Daily 70g protein intake
7. Daily 2.5 L water intake

Hey Doc, you're a real inspiration. Pls take care. Incase youre eating only what you show on camera for this challenge , you're diet seems to be very imbalanced. We as Asians, have a thrift gene. So it is always helpful to have the ratio of protein to carbs as 1:3. Else we've observed patients facing incidents of kidney damage and also endocrine disruption.

nowadays i m trying to eat healthy
