Something that might have gotten pointed out in passing but didn't get nearly enough attention. If your troops go through a gap in the enemy and make it to the top, they charge your hero's energy a LOT faster than if they hit an enemy. This is very important on harder levels with bosses, Alliance War, or raids. Many healers can't be killed by just pounding away on them with troops from matches as they heal faster than you can do damage. So you want to send your troops through to charge your hero's energy and attack with their special.
My best tip is when gaining experience/troops/iron from easier levels; set the battle to auto and do something else. Come back in a few minutes and you got some new stuff.
This was always an amazing video. I watched it early on when I first started and found it very useful. A mistake on troop and hero levelling: Troops: there is zero gain on waiting for ten troops, notice 10 lvl 1s always give a total of 400. The reason the bar is small is because at lvl 11 vs lvl 1 the total required is 1700 vs 450 (notice though in both cases 400xp was added, so it's the same thing) Heroes: the only benefit of feeding ten heroes at a time to a hero is that his special power will more likely get levelled 8/8 sooner than later. Once you hit 8/8 just keep feeding heroes as they come. The only important thing is to feed heroes of the same colour, Red to level Red, Blue to level Blue etc Don't feed Red to blue for example because then you lose out. Or if you decide to do that best to have a really good reason for it
Also food cost. The higher a hero level is the more it costs to upgrade him. So leveling with 10 1* s at a time reduces the amount of food used in leveling itself. Exp is the same, but food cost is higher when not done efficiently.
NIce video with really good tips for most players. Just one small remark: the reason why it's more food efficient to feed 1*s first is because the amount of food it costs to feed one hero is always dependent on the level of the hero we are feeding it too. For instance, for a 1/1 it costs 5k food per hero (doesn't matter if it is a 1* or a 5* that we feed). but the cost increases as we level the hero. You can see this clearly on the example you gave with the troops. This means that by feeding 1*s first, you are paying less food for the XP than you would if you fed it later.
Hello Nittany - I have been playing for an even year, and this clip is very valuable for starters and intermediate players. That said, I think there are two points you made that are not true for advanced players. #4 - skipping hero chests over monster chests. Around level 40, it takes 6 hours to replenish empty flags for raiding or monsters. I have not noticed better ascension mats from one chest over the other to begin with. That aside, you will lose raids from time to time no matter how good you are. Once you are level 40, you will never lose to monsters in lands like 8-7 or lower. The recruits you receive as well as mats to make weapons make farming way better than raids. #7 - 1*s vs. 2*s. This is a bad suggestion. The thing you leave out of the equation is that ten 1*s is a 20% potential increase on the Special Skill vs. ten 2*s with a potential 40% increase on SS. Maxing the SS on a hero is more important than anything. When you are an advanced player, iron and food are useless, you simply have more than you can use.
You have forget one really important life hack: When you nearing a level up, you have to use up all your titan and raid energy flags, and then make the level uo, because the energies will be refilled when yiu reaching a higher level. And if you have more we flags than it need to level up, but you gave some loot tickets you can also save the we flags, if you maxing the number of awialable auto wins.
your not as twice as likely to get ascension items from anywhere unless you get colored chest. fill monster chest. you will fill them faster than raid chest. but restart your chest as soon as soon as you can with gems. this will increase your odds of a colored chest plus the game will eventually reward you for spending those few gems to restart those chest with ascension items.
#8 If you want to store recruits, the most optimal way of doing that is tc11(500 food per recruit). If you want to store food, the best way of doing that is tc12 ir tc13(both have about 3700 food per recruit), but once you have TC20, that's also a great way of storing food(3000 food per recruit) while also getting good heroes. While TC14-TC18 have a higher food per recruit ratio, it's generally not worth it since you're getting pretty bad heroes for the resources.
#7: I don't like your explaination here. You should feed heroes and troops 10 at a time because the cost of the leveling is decided by the level you started your feeding on. The cost of feeding Khagan 1 other hero is 5000 at level 1, but it's 5100 at level 2, which means that if you want to feed 10 troops to khagan. Do them at the same time, so it costs 50 000 instead of 52 000. This also explains why you should start with the heroes that grants you the smallest amount of experience. You want to get rid of them while they're cheap. To illustrate, here's an extreme example. Say that it costs 50000 to feed 10 heroes at level 1, and it takes 51000 at level 2. and so on. You have 10 heroes that gives you 180xp, and 10 heroes that gives you 750 xp if you use the 10 low level heroes first, you'll get to level 5, and when you feed your 10 big heroes, it'll cost you about 54 000, and you'll get to level 12 or something like that. In total you've spent 104 000 to get to level 12. Say we do it the other way around. The big 10 will cost 50 000, and will probably take you to level 9 or something like that, this means that the small 10 will cost 58 000, and you'll still get the same amount of xp. By feeding them in the wrong order, you've now wasted 4 000 food. It might not sound like a lot to begin with, but it adds up over time.
Thanks you so much. I’m lv 46 in the game and I always like to feed the highest level hero first because I like to see the heroes level quickly. Even some video tell me I should do the other way around, they can’t explain why. I have only ran out of food occasionally, but still nice to know why to do it this way.!
I think I've been playing this game all wrong. I've been using one of each color on my attack team and picking opponents by power level. I get my ass handed to me half of the time. I need to beef up on one color and pick my opponents according to that. Thanks!
@@astralmindny9055 For attacking its best to use the same color for all 5 unless you have a hero that can be flexed like Wukong but it also depends a lot on your heroes vs. Theirs
Best to have all 5 colors..you will have many more hits and no heroes missing but idk one color teams beat me sometimes to..I'm only lev10 tho n only have one 5 star blue
Thanks! Some explanations are so-so, but I actually got a couple of new ideas out of here. I saw a lot of guides and I'm playing 5 months. Still, the idea of feeding 1* to a hero/troop first never occured to me so far I've been feeding 1 to 3*, 2 to 4* etc/ I wish I knew that while my 4* troops could actually notice 10 ones. And the other one is more like an attitude. I mean we all try to turn the board to our advantage but I've never thought of it this way, and I think it's much more positive than hit and wine that the board sucks today (although sometimes no matter what you do the needed color doesn't show up which is kind of critical while your heroes are still far from full). Anyway, thanks for taking time to do this.
Couple of points. IF I'm farming xp rather than specific materials I use 8-7, 13-5, 17-1, and 20-4 along with the 3-4-6 quests and rare 2 on events. Best xp return for leveling quickly at mid levels. 2) When leveling troops/heroes I work my way down the stars (I rarely have the funds to buy gems to use 10 heroes at a time for leveling). Every time your hero levels the cost to feed increases. Especially for 4* and 5* heroes you want them leveled efficiently. Burning gems to bypass the hero chest timer works best if you wait 6 hours for your energy to refill (unless you have flasks or are about to level). The gem cost will be lower which at higher levels does come close to break even.
This was very helpful for our midlevel alliance. I talked about a few things to my teammates but it was much easier to be able to see it. Thanks so much for posting this. Much appreciated.
#7 is total bull, it comes down to EXP expenditure, obviously at higher levels it takes more exp to lvl up, but it doesn't matter if you use your lvl 1's first, then lvl 2's or lvl 2's first then lvl 1's at the end of the day they are gonna have the same amount of EXP value towards whoever your feeding.
Robert Hanbury It’s more food efficient to do it that way. You’re right, EXP doesn’t matter...it’s all about the food, which is your most limiting resource
Yup, totally agree. A 1* always gives 180. It's the scale / amount per level that increases, Making the 180 appear smaller. E.g. a virgin hero takes 3 x 1* in the first few levels. But near the final ascension level, you're going to need maybe nearer 20. It doesn't matter if you mix 1* and 2* heroes when feeding. Just feed with whatever you have. But stick to the same element / colour as that will give the maximum benefit. 180 if same. 150 if different. So ultimately 10 x 1* of the same is 1800. But different will be 1500.
True. The actual difference between 1* and 2* is that, per XP, 1* give a higher chance of leveling up the special power (10x 1* is 1800 XP and 20% chance, i.e. 20x 1* is 3600 XP for roughly 40% chance, whereas 10x 2* is 4680 XP for the same 40%). Which doesn't actually matter much for 4/5* heroes, but does for 3* heroes. So for beginning/intermediate players the advice is to feed blocks of 10x 1* to your 3* until the special power is maxed out, only then switch to 2* (and 2* only because they level you faster).
One of the first things I did was spend a few gems and get a couple of extra teams. Then I setup titan teams for each color, plus attack and defense. The way damage works with color stacking it really pays off
Generally very good, I just want to point out that barracks can be used as an food storage ideally when they are level 20, so that when you remove one pending hero from the queue, you get back 297k meat. Then if your houses are full, putting those recruits in another training camp, for example level 11, which you use it to queue recruits as well, you spend 50k and you are left with the difference of 247k meat. What you are saying in this video is not good advice, it will just give you 50k food for 100 recruits removed and filling up the houses. In the way that I am describing, you don't even need too much housing for recruits, I just have 120 max recruits space. The same system could be done with other meat consuming levels of the training camp, if you haven't maxed oune out already, i particular training camp level 13 or 10, but with degrading efficiency.
Working on Revenge only works if you have strong heroes. I have mostly 3* heroes and they always get trashed if the enemy has 4* or 5* heroes (even if not fully ascended).
I hate using 1* heros to feed and level up other heros because 1 * heros use up just as much food as any other hero but barely level up your player when leveling...I prefer 2* heros and above for leveling up.
fr0st haha yes you’re right. For some reason my eyes wanted to see an extra “I” in her name...like “Vivicia” is how I thought it was spelled, but it’s actually “Vivica”
I don't know if anyone pointed out that you're wrong about using 1* first and then 2* etc. Not only is this completely impractical, given the limitations on hero capacity, but a given hero will give the same amount of experience, regardless of the level the hero it is fed into. Heroes require more experience for each successive level, but the amount provided never declines, as long as you use same color. The only thing to be concerned with is overfeeding a hero, by continuing to add heroes when he is already at max level for the given ascension. You want to stop adding heroes when the bar says max and back out any extra heroes until you can ascend that hero to continue leveling.
Every Tip you said seemed solid except 1. I would argue that It is not that wise to use 1* heros first, It's better to use 10 of your 2* troops of the same color early on to try to maximise you ability first so that later on you don't have to worry about it, especially when it comes to 3*s I would suggest only use 2*s of there respected color 10 at a time. I'm a diamond player myself and though the whole time I played I never had to worry about food except when I used to search for battles.
Jacob Collins a lot of the top players will say to feed 1-star heroes first for several reasons...the one I talked about is food efficiency. I’ve never had to worry about maxing a skill, but if that’s a worry, then you still want to feed 1-star heroes first. The 2-star heroes of the same color grant 4% special skill increase while 1-stars increase it 2%. But you’ll also notice that 2-star heroes grant triple the XP to the hero, so feeding 1-star heroes first actually gives you more chances at increasing the special skill.
Very well made video. Always some small tidbits to add but thats why you make a second orientation video years after Small Giant does all their updates...congrats dude!
It's kind of obvious but might help someone. The best way to lvl up your special is to feed 4 cards with the same hero. Example, if you feed Bane 4 Banes you 100% get the special upgrade. Also, if you feed Bane yellow cards with the same hero it drastically increases chance of the special upgrade compared to feeding yellow cards with different heroes.
This game takes a big time investment... been playing for just over a week pretty consistently and I feel im no where. Level 11 with only 2; 3 star heroes
One hack I found to maintain a platinum raid level (I have 0 fully ascend 5* heroes) is to only attack teams where the point balance is in my favor. If I win I'll gain a lot of cups and if I lose I'll only lose 20 or less cups. I'll also usually loose less cups from a revenge raid and still come out ahead.
Mostly basic stuff, but if people don't know all this they definitely should. I knew most of it, but still found a few gems in here so thanks! PS - I'm 99.8% sure it's pronounced Vi-VICK-A and not Viveesha. Cheers!
Well it can also technically be pronounced vi vi sa also. Just depends where you are from or how you want to pronounce it since it’s a name. Not common in the United States to be sure.
Two pointers that I didn't hear in the video and didn't see in the comments: 1. Revenge Raids become easier to win if your Defense Team is about 80% as strong as your Raiding Team. Weaker opponents will Raid your weaker defense team. When u revenge raid with your strongest heroes, you will be as strong or slightly stronger. The weaker defense team will cost you a lot of cups quickly so be careful to log in often to switch back to a stronger defense team. 2. The more heroes of a single color u have on the team, the leas tiles of that color appear on the board. However, on offense, the damage done by tiles is multiplied by # heros of your color. So - harder to match but more damage when u do.
I don't know if they changed it. But for 7: if I add a 1 star (same color) it gives 180 no matter if it is the first one or not. If I do two at a time you get 360. But two times 1 star = 2x180 so that makes no difference at all. (Sure, for food it does differ, but I am early stage and food is plenty still)
Revenge raids are also good because you can raid stronger teams without them then being able to reply to your attack, unlike normal raids where they will almost certainly reply.... much better that they just don't raid you to start with but since they do you should make the best of it.
Whoever this guy is, he pays a lot of money. Believe it or not, ppl pay 1000s playing this game. It's a addictive, and i love it, but I'm not paying anywhere near that much lol
One month of VIP for $5 is a good way to spend just a little money as you get a second builder which makes a HUGE difference and you get enough gems for 3 pulls + daily loot tickets etc
I play this casually. I keep my VIP pass up and just farm for fun. Never even did a titan battle. I only have 1 5 star hero but I have quite a few 4 stars. It's relaxing to just farm. :)
I'm grateful you are kind enough to give everyone these tips. But please inform us on how long it took you to build your massive kingdom. I'm two days in and weak as a kitten.
Hack I use, never waste raid energy attacking someone higher powered than you because you'll lose 9 times out of 10. When I search for persons to revenge, if they're even 1 point higher I don't bother because you'll find the board will always block you from winning except that 1 time where it basically hands you the win with very little effort from you when you hit 10+ combos in a row. I will happily spend thousands looking for someone 300 points lower than me where at least I know I might win 5 times out of 10 (it's still depressing how often you lose to weaker teams because your board sucks so often). Remember you can always generate more food for free, it's an unlimited resource. The whole game is patience. Don't spend money on the game, ever, because all you are paying for is being impatient which is what SGG is counting on. I have four 5* heroes, none of whom I bought, and I have only been playing for 6 months, and I am not high enough level yet to have a TC20 camp, so all my 5*s were from gems & coins I earned, not purchased (King Arthur, Telluria, Jean Francois, & Obakhan. King Arthur I got on my very first use of Challenge coins, and the rest I saved my gems. I got the 2 HotM from earned gem pulls as well). There is nothing the game offers by buying it earlier, and it's far more satisfying game play when you've earned it instead of wasting money on it.
Not sure if any1 else said it, but i usually DONT spend gems on legendary pulls (300 a pop) unless its an event hero or something i want. All the base 5* can be aquired thru tc20 for free, it might take a few years but its still free :D /// Ballsack Masher, wildlings
Oh, and one more thing: It's not true that the lesser maps giving more iron and food/we. The best is the last map on season 1 but it may cost items if the board is bad. The best (without items) is the Doomspire 4 It gives the most food, iron and xp/we.
This video was made a while back before they made some changes to the game but as far as I know the lower levels are still best for resources. You can see exact numbers here: forum.smallgiantgames.com/t/barry-farmz-here-comprehensive-data-driven-farming-guide/88574
Great video, thank you. Now I’ve watched this, after approx 6 months of playing this, I am now more confused than I was before lol. What I have been doing, is creating a “Defense Team” using the Heroes with the highest “Health” and a separate “Attack Team” using heroes with the highest “Power”. Thinking that when I’m playing against; Titan, War, Raids etc, that I use my attack team and that my defense team works in the background. When offline, my selected Defense Team looks after me. But now, I’m totally confused on my best setup - Highest Power, Highest Defence or Highest Health :)
Karl Robbins thanks! I think the best things for building a defense are: Hero Special, Speed, and Defense Power. Heroes with devastating specials and that tend to be faster (but not always) are better. Heroes with the highest defense (not HP) live longer.
NittanyLionRoar - Xtreme Panda Thank you. That helps. I did try two Raid Revenges using your 2-2-1 and 4-1 strategy and I surprisingly took out 2 raids that had a higher Total Power than me and banked 99 cups. Thanks again for your help and video :)
What’re your thoughts now on farming Season II, Stage 4, Level 3, in an effort to hit the 100 dragon mission? It’s 6 energy to use, and I can snag ~7000 silver per go; season I, 6-8 is roughly half of that, for half the energy.
Dave Gill I mean skip the hero chest timer. There’s a gray fast forward button on it that you can click on and it allows you to fill another chest quicker.
I personally find it funny, the number of people who came here only to criticize this dude for how he choose to title this video. What’s even better/worse is the guys talking about this game as a waste of time.
More of a tips than hacks. I find them very useful and i also have 3 baracks lvl 11 and a lvl 20. With that 20 one i got 4 5* stars in a week .... wich is a record for me at lvl 31 :). Now i need to lvl them up even if i dont have the resources for the last ascend. They are better than my 4*.
I think you should have included the 25% (100% for 4)special skill level up when you feed a matching troop. Doesn't seem to matter much with 4 and 5 star troops but it was important when I first started playing.
@@josephmendoza8432 What he actually means is feeding duplicate HEROES (not troops) to each other gives a 25% increase to the special skill increase chance. If you feed 4 of the same hero to one you want to level, you'll get a 100% chance to increase the special ability.
@@GabrielRockManX Actually, with the latest update it doesn't matter anywhere near as much. When a hero is max level but not 8/8 for the special, feeder heroes now increase the special 5× faster. So a single same coloured 2* gives 20% chance to increase the special skill. A duplicate gives 100% to increase the special. Only on a max level heroes though!
also consider advantage is with the attacker. so if your teams are equal and they beat you, there's a decent chance you can beat them. more true at lower levels where people will be using mostly the same heroes for attack and defense.
Good advice for the most part but 2 things,. When it comes to leveling a hero it may be most important to get the highest percentage chance you can of leveling up the special and 2 or even 3 stars that you do not need give you the best percentage chance. I usually try to get it to at least 25% on the hero I'm leveling, 30% or more is better unless I just have to get rid of some food grade heroes to make room on my roster for more. The other thing is, that board really cooperated with you but your advice isn't bad at all, it's just I've had far too many that simply refilled themselves with the same crap I just tried to get rid of and the end result is a loser.
Hello, I haven't been playing long but am having problems leveling up my teams. Where can these items be found please? Compass, hidden knife, wintercoat and the Tools. Thank you for your help.
Hi, hopefully you are still active here. I used your tip and locked all my heroes that I wanted to keep, that was 25 heroes all at once, which was a great tip. Unfortunately now, even though I have unlocked all of them, they all remain locked. Yes I unpadlocked them, but it seems to be a glitch. I have subsequently locked and unlocked others since and been able to level up with them, but there seems to be an issue with my first set. I contacted support, who told me to look in the community forum (yep very helpful, so I can only assume they had no idea either). Obviously everyone is just going to tell me to unlock my heroes, but seeing as I have done this already and not put them in any party, is there some other tip you can give me. Thank you.
Fixed - you always do level 11 training in those training grounds Flex - you do the level of training in the training ground which you need. Sometimes he trains on lvl 11, after the troops he needs are trained he switches to lvl 2 or lvl 19 training.
I think you might want to rethink things on the order of feeder troops and heroes. The manner in which you discussed things suggested you were only looking at things from a percentage of bar filled and not at the static xp earned.
Jarod T correct....because it’s not xp that matters. It’s food that matters. It will take the same number of feeder heroes/troops no matter which order you do it, but the food requirement increases as the hero/troop is a higher level. So you would spend way more food overall feeding it 1-stars later in its development than doing the 1-stars first, then 2-stars, etc. That’s why I call it “food efficient.”
@@LionRoarGamer could you please explain in detail how to correctly level your troops to the max and that skill set on a troop I have difficulty in getting them half attack/ half defence strong could you give me some suggestions and points I've only been playing this game a month I'm already at level 42 is that good or nah ? Empires and puzzles is a kinda self explanatory game I think
The only life hack you need for this game is spend a shit load of money on it. You dont get a roster like that and 40k gems being a F2P player. This guy has spent a fortune on this game, and that's the only secret to it.
Can someone help me..I have a question with NAMAHAGE. He is already fully ascended to the 3rd power, but special skill is 7/8... If I try to level him up, nothing (attack/defense/health) increases, so I feel like I am wasting my heroes if I level him up anymore. At the same time, there is no talent grid button yet. Do I just keep levelling him up even though nothing happens?
Something that might have gotten pointed out in passing but didn't get nearly enough attention.
If your troops go through a gap in the enemy and make it to the top, they charge your hero's energy a LOT faster than if they hit an enemy. This is very important on harder levels with bosses, Alliance War, or raids. Many healers can't be killed by just pounding away on them with troops from matches as they heal faster than you can do damage. So you want to send your troops through to charge your hero's energy and attack with their special.
That's called ghosting or ghosting tiles.
this is so true, i learned this the hard way
@@nimbex3081 Zombie & Puzzle It's better than this game

This was always an amazing video. I watched it early on when I first started and found it very useful.
A mistake on troop and hero levelling:
Troops: there is zero gain on waiting for ten troops, notice 10 lvl 1s always give a total of 400. The reason the bar is small is because at lvl 11 vs lvl 1 the total required is 1700 vs 450 (notice though in both cases 400xp was added, so it's the same thing)
Heroes: the only benefit of feeding ten heroes at a time to a hero is that his special power will more likely get levelled 8/8 sooner than later.
This means that by feeding 1*s first, you are paying less food for the XP than you would if you fed it later.

your not as twice as likely to get ascension items from anywhere unless you get colored chest. fill monster chest. you will fill them faster than raid chest. but restart your chest as soon as soon as you can with gems. this will increase your odds of a colored chest plus the game will eventually reward you for spending those few gems to restart those chest with ascension items.
#8 If you want to store recruits, the most optimal way of doing that is tc11(500 food per recruit).
Oh, finally the right explanation from someone who's not terrible at maths :)
👏
Exactly, it's about food, not xp. And it matters a lot more on troops than heroes
Thanks!
I'm the same way.
Your supposed to use one of each color, but when your a beast like me, you just put together a nice squad regardless of color!
Thank you for that info!

ROFL, damn straight!
I just started playing this game and it's so addictive 😄 I'm not spending a dime though
When you're a PTW player yes you can skip your chest but FTP players cannot afford this or they do not have any gems to actually obtain heroes...
#5 that's how I got my stronghold to it's max at level 26 . Been playing less than 7 months but yeah it actually does work
got my stronghold maxed at level 24 :D
This was very helpful for our midlevel alliance. I talked about a few things to my teammates but it was much easier to be able to see it. Thanks so much for posting this. Much appreciated.
I wish I had known this stuff when I first started the game. SO SO helpful thank you and subbed for you to grow.
Matching the color does matter. I've experimented and the same color gives a 20% leveling boost over a non-matched color.
Food efficiency is never my issue, I'm constantly full up on food.
Thanks for the Video. Good job. I am a beginner and some points helps me a lot to better understand the game mecanics.
Working on Revenge only works if you have strong heroes. I have mostly 3* heroes and they always get trashed if the enemy has 4* or 5* heroes (even if not fully ascended).
I hate using 1* heros to feed and level up other heros because 1 * heros use up just as much food as any other hero but barely level up your player when leveling...I prefer 2* heros and above for leveling up.
so what do you do with the one stars. there is no bin for them.

fr0st haha yes you’re right. For some reason my eyes wanted to see an extra “I” in her name...like “Vivicia” is how I thought it was spelled, but it’s actually “Vivica”
Been playing for over two years now, and still I learned something new from your video. Nice work!
7-4 seems superior to all other 3 flag spots to farm to fill the monster chest. 15 to 18 monsters each attack.

Thank you! I'm a newbie and found this very useful!
There's only one hack that you need to know about this game, if you don't spend real money you will die before you progress in this game!
This game takes a big time investment... been playing for just over a week pretty consistently and I feel im no where. Level 11 with only 2; 3 star heroes
I've been playing 3 weeks and i'm level 12 with 3 and 4 stars heroes, ur right
Just curious what level you are now?
One hack I found to maintain a platinum raid level (I have 0 fully ascend 5* heroes) is to only attack teams where the point balance is in my favor. If I win I'll gain a lot of cups and if I lose I'll only lose 20 or less cups. I'll also usually loose less cups from a revenge raid and still come out ahead.
Some of this I learned through by playing. But you did teach me some new things try. Thanks!
Mostly basic stuff, but if people don't know all this they definitely should. I knew most of it, but still found a few gems in here so thanks!

Yes, it's "a", not "ia" after the "c". So last syllable starts with a hard "ck" sound.
Well it can also technically be pronounced vi vi sa also. Just depends where you are from or how you want to pronounce it since it’s a name. Not common in the United States to be sure.
Vi-vick-ah

Thank you for that board demonstration! Excellent!
Thanks mate! Started a week ago. Just about to hit stronghold 10, already planning out weeks in advance of what I want to achieve each week
Two pointers that I didn't hear in the video and didn't see in the comments:
Excellent

Great video lion! This will definitely help the greenhorns! Ok maybe all of us little bit! Keep posting more!
I don't know if they changed it. But for 7: if I add a 1 star (same color) it gives 180 no matter if it is the first one or not. If I do two at a time you get 360. But two times 1 star = 2x180 so that makes no difference at all. (Sure, for food it does differ, but I am early stage and food is plenty still)
Revenge raids are also good because you can raid stronger teams without them then being able to reply to your attack, unlike normal raids where they will almost certainly reply.... much better that they just don't raid you to start with but since they do you should make the best of it.

is not hack though... is tips.
"life hacks" are not the same as "hacking". They are completely different things.
@@LionRoarGamer I know the numbers. Doomspire 4 is the best. Test it if you not belive me.
Your last tip about boards helped me a lot. thanks!
What’re your thoughts now on farming Season II, Stage 4, Level 3, in an effort to hit the 100 dragon mission? It’s 6 energy to use, and I can snag ~7000 silver per go; season I, 6-8 is roughly half of that, for half the energy.
Yeah that’s probably fine.
Thx!
How do u get high level of hero?? Is it gems only? Or is there other way to get lv4 and 5 hero
What do you mean by skipping the hero chest? Do you mean play before the time runs starts over? Or dont open the chest?
Dave Gill I mean skip the hero chest timer. There’s a gray fast forward button on it that you can click on and it allows you to fill another chest quicker.
@@LionRoarGamer no shit !!! Thank you
Ok so I've skipped it many times. I got one colored chest. So my next question is, is there a system to it? Or is it kind of a luck of the draw?
There’s no system to it. You get more colored chests the more regular chests you fill though
I found 12-8 to be a great place for looting backpacks and 1st ascension material for 4-stars
I really like how they have a step by step video that shows you how to do this so there is no confusion.
What colors are good to fight against another's colors?
What does this exactly mean sir?
@@josephmendoza8432 What he actually means is feeding duplicate HEROES (not troops) to each other gives a 25% increase to the special skill increase chance. If you feed 4 of the same hero to one you want to level, you'll get a 100% chance to increase the special ability.
@@hamishvoice8168 For rare heroes, just use 3 duplicates and other 7 uncommon heroes. It's the 100% chance that counts!

What is the purpose of the icon to the left of the hero locking icon? The icon that looks like a search thingy. Does it actually do something?

Unfortunately now, even though I have unlocked all of them, they all remain locked. Yes I unpadlocked them, but it seems to be a glitch. I have subsequently locked and unlocked others since and been able to level up with them, but there seems to be an issue with my first set. 6 and 8 for iron. What about for food? Thanks

Olaf is a 2*, Jahangir is a 3*. There's no contest. 2* are feed fodder.
