    So Agile is about Cross-Functional teams. But many times I have faced concern that it is not practically possible. Developers won't be doing test cases writing, execution and similarly Testers may not be doing the actual coding work. People want to stick to their expertise and want to grow in that. How can you expect a Senior Dev or Tester to do testing or coding work respectively if they have gained good expertise in their areas and skill set?
    This is one of the recent concerns I faced from a senior manager in my company.

      From Scrum point of view, as you said they focus on cross functional teams not necessary cross functional individual. Which mean its ok to dev doing dev only. In general multi skilling on individuals are desired approach to reduce bottlenecks since when needed people can support in area where work is more.

    If a project is planned for 4 sprint and each sprint the max story points can be added is 100. Aftet 1st sprint over the customer is not satisfied with the increment then what will happen? Suppose the user story which need modification after customer's feedback is 50 story point. Then how to adjust these 50 story points in 2nd sprint?

      Each retrospective is an opportunity to reflect on working agreements, and it can be done based on some events.

    Hi Saket, I am following you , its very useful for me to get into SM, I just want to know about how to handle onshore team and offshore team in different time zones , how to facilitate daily stand-ups, could you please suggest.

      My view is, let the team have this discussion on how effectively they can inspect and adapt on daily work. In my view you need to facilitate the team to come up with working agreements like time of meeting, what should be included in meeting , what should be excluded, tools to be used , handling of exceptions. etc.

      I see it should be based on conversation you had. you can ask things like
      - Feedback in general
      - Some clarity about the role they are looking people for
      - More about Product or Business Domain company works in
      -What they look in candidate to identify best fit.
