You know how difficult it's been for me to get out on my wheeler after losing my brother, Ol Grizz last year and I want to thank you for the adventure on my small screens pushing me out the door and back into the woods! Sorry to hear about the loss of your brother, I'm so close with my two brothers, I don't know what I'd do if I lost one, I'd probably be in the same boat you're in now. There is nothing wrong with morning the loss of a loved one, but do you think your brother would want you to morn him so much that it takes away from things that makes you happy? I don't know him, but I'd like to think he'd tell ya to get up, get out and enjoy it ! life is short, nothing is a guarantee, I say go out and do those trips as much as you can. @@Maritimer I'm sure you do get some animal crazies on your case; spending quality time with him out in nature, exercising and training your dog, instead of letting him spend his life cooped up inside a house or in a fence all alone; what a horrible dog owner. Obviously, that dog lives a fantastic life, wish I had more time to do things like this with mine.

thanks buddy ! it does take quite a bit of time to shoot and edit a video. I actually had two ppl on a older video complain about the ad's in the video haha I apologized but after thought about it and was like... I'm giving them free content haha all they have to do it watch a few ad's, and I have Non-Skippable ad's turned off, so no annoying 15-30sec ad's you can't skip. lol
Beautiful vid ! I saw Wendell took a couple of wrong turns .. lol . Have a quick pizza camping tip for you . Sauté the veggies first to get the moisture out of them . Bring a lid for your cast iron pan and then place some coals on the top of the lid … helps create an oven effect like a Dutch oven would :)

Great video as always. Really like to see people trying new things for meals in the woods instead of canned beans and hotdogs. It adds to the experience for sure. A young dog like Wendel will run all day no problem like you said. I`ve had a couple dogs and they live for times like that. I think I`ve watched all your videos and don`t recall you getting that much mud on the bike LOL.

I always say it's only a Little more work to eat something good, rather then eat beans & wieners and stuff like that haha The mud thing, it all depends on the trail, if it's on the trail I will drive through it no problems, but I don't go looking for mud to ride in haha I will avoid it if I can or it's not too much of a detour but 1) I dont want to spend that extra time cleaning the machine and 2) I don't want to make the trail worse, or make that hole deeper.

Another great vid, when i head out for my overnight and its raining or super damp, i often bring wood pellets and a lil hand sanitizer. The pellets burn real well and keep you nice and toasty. I too am a Maritimer, Lived in upper stewiacke just outside Truro then moved to Gaspe coast and now im up in Ontario but come home every summer. You may want to look into pellets for those rainy outings :)

Love the videos! I have quite a few trips planned this summer, a lot are based off of some of the trips you did. Did the run from Riverview to Hillsborough and back yesterday (73 kms) and was pretty good going but the trails are VERY muddy and torn up. Hope to see you on the trails someday! Paul

Yeah I got lucky Wendell ran right past the camera haha I didn't notice it until I was editing lol it does take a while doing all the drive byes, But I knew I wasn't doing a ton of riding in this video anyway, so I figured I'd put in lots of drive byes haha yeah 10 tall boys, I had 3 left over and I gave one to Evan when he stopped in, so I only had 6 lol The pizza tasted great ! I think I left it too long though, the bottom crust was a bit crispy, but tasted really good.Thanks for watching !

Hey Andrew, thanks so much man ! Yeah Evan is lucky for sure ! the family land backs onto hectors of untouched land too. Yeah the tent is a good entry level tent for sure ! there are a few things that could be better, maybe I'll do a video on it. The stove is beautiful ! amazing build quality, and will probably last forever. the only knock I have on it, is it's bulky to carry around on the ATV, if I had a SXS it wouldn't be an issue. but I'm overall happy with my purchase.
Another good rip! My dog lived this life where she ran every step of the way rarely did she ride on my side by side or quad until her last 3 years when she started to slow down. She lived 15 years 4 months which is pretty darn good for a large breed lab/pointer. All those adventures keep these dogs alive. We stopped lots along the way and she always wanted to play stick/ball. We rode mountains exclusively so as rugged terrain as it gets I never had to trip her nails until the last 3 years of her life. I wouldn’t worrh about what others are saying about your dog they obviously have no clue. That stove looks nice love the raised section near the chimney. How long of burn time do you get?
Hey ! thanks a lot ! Oh man I always laugh at people they dont have a clue anymore, dogs are meants to run, and for the amount I stop to get camera shots and stuff, he gets lots of breaks, people are nuts and think dogs are stuffed animals..... 99% have their own animals all over weight lol the burn time isn't the best in the little stoves, if you get a decent chunk of wood in there you can get about an hour or so before having to add more wood..... but if it's not to ocold you dont really need to have a roaring fire. Cheers !

Hey man !! you should got sure ! Start with summer camping in familiar areas then slowly work into more wild camping and maybe try some winter camping, it's all a lot of fun.
Nice trip. I liked seeing the stove. I am in southeast PA, just south of Harrisburg. We have state forests with ATV trails, but I envy your access to great trail systems where you can just camp anywhere. The drone footage up and down the river was great.

Long while back I had an old swamp mutt, she loved to run, fish and eat turtles. I'd drop her off at the entrance to the swamp we rode and she'd be 5 miles in waiting on me nawing on a fish or turtle just as happy as she could be. That dawg could run 45 miles an hour for quite awhile. Rescued her from the kill shelter. Still miss that old mutt. She had a long happy life.

Another great vid, when i head out for my overnight and its raining or super damp, i often bring wood pellets and a lil hand sanitizer. The pellets burn real well and keep you nice and toasty. I too am a Maritimer, Lived in upper stewiacke just outside Truro then moved to Gaspe coast and now im up in Ontario but come home every summer. You may want to look into pellets for those rainy outings :)

Love the videos! I have quite a few trips planned this summer, a lot are based off of some of the trips you did. Did the run from Riverview to Hillsborough and back yesterday (73 kms) and was pretty good going but the trails are VERY muddy and torn up. Hope to see you on the trails someday!

Man, you must spend a lot of time walking back and forth on the trail setting up the camera. And editing scenes like the on at 9:57. I've do that too and it's so time consuming. I don't think the viewers have a good appreciation of how much time this all takes - lol

Yeah I got lucky Wendell ran right past the camera haha I didn't notice it until I was editing lol it does take a while doing all the drive byes, But I knew I wasn't doing a ton of riding in this video anyway, so I figured I'd put in lots of drive byes haha

Hey Andrew, thanks so much man ! Yeah Evan is lucky for sure ! the family land backs onto hectors of untouched land too. Yeah the tent is a good entry level tent for sure ! there are a few things that could be better, maybe I'll do a video on it. The stove is beautiful ! amazing build quality, and will probably last forever. the only knock I have on it, is it's bulky to carry around on the ATV, if I had a SXS it wouldn't be an issue. but I'm overall happy with my purchase.

My dog lived this life where she ran every step of the way rarely did she ride on my side by side or quad until her last 3 years when she started to slow down. She lived 15 years 4 months which is pretty darn good for a large breed lab/pointer.
All those adventures keep these dogs alive.
We stopped lots along the way and she always wanted to play stick/ball.
We rode mountains exclusively so as rugged terrain as it gets I never had to trip her nails until the last 3 years of her life.
I wouldn’t worrh about what others are saying about your dog they obviously have no clue.
That stove looks nice love the raised section near the chimney. How long of burn time do you get?
Hey ! thanks a lot ! Oh man I always laugh at people they dont have a clue anymore, dogs are meants to run, and for the amount I stop to get camera shots and stuff, he gets lots of breaks, people are nuts and think dogs are stuffed animals..... 99% have their own animals all over weight lol
the burn time isn't the best in the little stoves, if you get a decent chunk of wood in there you can get about an hour or so before having to add more wood..... but if it's not to ocold you dont really need to have a roaring fire. Cheers !

Nice trip. I liked seeing the stove. I am in southeast PA, just south of Harrisburg. We have state forests with ATV trails, but I envy your access to great trail systems where you can just camp anywhere. The drone footage up and down the river was great.

Long while back I had an old swamp mutt, she loved to run, fish and eat turtles. I'd drop her off at the entrance to the swamp we rode and she'd be 5 miles in waiting on me nawing on a fish or turtle just as happy as she could be. That dawg could run 45 miles an hour for quite awhile. Rescued her from the kill shelter. Still miss that old mutt. She had a long happy life.

I think people now a days forget that dogs are naturally supposed to run, they treat them like children and not a dog. haha
