So from what I've been able to find, they can't just pull dashcam footage from the car like that, what happens is the footage stored in the car's temporary drive are uploaded to permanent storage at the station through wifi once the car pulls back into the PD station. Apparently attempts have been made to use instant uploading over 4G, but it is incredibly difficult and impractical so it never took off. Besides, this was never done automatically, you still had to have the officer manually start the upload process. This is just coming from an online forum where the poster claims to have been in the dashcam business for 30 plus years
You should add a realistic tire squeal and /or realistic smoke burnout mod. Also can you think about adding trains for people to drive and make the map more dynamic? Maybe could have some train related Scenes.
