Beth and Bethany? I had 2 boys with my 1st wife whom I got custody of in the divorce. I married my 2nd wife, of 35 years, 4 years after my divorce. My 2nd wife and oldest son have the same name and spelling. The name is androgenous, can be used for both genders.. My son had / has problems with ADHD among other things and showed beyond a doubt that he was in for a troubled life. I call my wife baby to distinguish between her and him and we hyphenated her maiden and my last names as her legal married name which turned out to be prophecy because my son had tried to get credit and a cell phone in her name mixing his ID with some of her information. Luckily, it didn't work.
