- If you made it all the way through the video, I want you to know I'm doing much better. Listening to Linkin Park has always been very good therapy for my mental but I understand if those of you cannot make it all the way through for whatever reasons you may have, I ask that you share the video with those who need to hear it.
You just never know what someone is going through on a daily basis, the battles they faced to make it this far. Thank you for watching UA-cam family.

Man it’s those life regrets that define us. They can either turn us bitter or we can learn and never live to regret them again. They act as a reminder to either push you backwards or to push you forwards. Keep em behind you and keep looking forward and they have no other option than to push you ahead. Chester and Mike had a way with magically digging into all of our brains and pulling out the words and concepts that we were all feeling but unable to articulate on our own. LP and Disturbed were (still are) my sanity for a good chunk of this century - Ren has been added to that list (found your channel because of Ren) For those of us who feel too deeply and stand back watching everything fall apart around us having those touchstones in music reminds us we aren't alone. There are others fighting that fight sweetheart you really aren't alone.
Thank you for this open and honest reaction. I respect you so much and this is the first video of yours that I've ever seen. Linkin Park was my therapy growing up, too, and their music is such a security blanket for me. So thankful for their music and for the band sharing these unreleased tracks over the past few years. Chester's legacy lives on
I always appreciate the conversations gained from talking with my viewers, Linkin Park has always been apart of my life since I was a kid. I had flashbacks as a teenager in high school, I was jamming out with my Sony walkman lol those were good times! Cheers to his Linkin Parks & Chester's legacy 🥂

So... I subbed to you a few hours ago from seeing a recommendation of you doing FIRs Drug in me is Reinagined, but haven't watched that reaction yet and then scrolled back all the way to the beginning of your channel and found Ren. I was one of the people on the live stream premier of Hi Ren... and in relation to this song here... Lost... and it seems for some reason here on YT i wasn't subbed to LP channel but I know I was... And my watching of Lost wasn't in my history... But seeing this... Dear Goddess, mother of my soul, I'm bawling so hard that Chester is gone. I miss him so much... I grew up with him too born in '81 he got me thru some rough things. Just had to say it

Jesse! I’m so glad like millions of others including my son you had Linkin Park during your formative years. He recently told me he was happy that I found my version of Chester through Ren. Since then we have been sharing music with each other almost on a daily basis. Truly a blessing for my mama’s heart💝Thank you for your vulnerable reaction, I cried with you my friend and yes I’ll be sharing this with my boy…love this journey we’re all on together!

Thank you! It's been years since I've actually sat and watched anything about Linkin Park, I still had Hybrid Theory / Meteora / Minutes to Midnight and Reanimation albums on my phone! Yes I just got introduced to REN as well ☺️ both brilliant Artists!

Hello Jesse, first of all I have to say thank you. I really like your emotional reactions and it shows me that I am not alone apart from my little family. Here in Germany nobody understands what is happening in the music scene. Thanks to artists like Ren and the reaction scene, large communities are building up here that help each other. Thanks to things like this, I still have a little hope for humanity. We have to overcome our dark sides together and grow together.
Music has always been my escape from reality. . .when I started to dabble in the Reaction I've met so many others out there like me who struggle with inner/outer deamons...so many stories out there that ended in tragedy but then I started to see the light in all this darkness. That's where I found peace in others. I enjoy these conversations with my UA-cam family. Thank you for reaching out...I hope this helped you in some way. Take care

@@Cinematic_Jessethis reaction was so powerful. I struggled for awhile as well, my father was charged for what he did to me but my whole family blamed me for putting him in jail. It taught me we can’t always chose our family but I can chose my friends. Even after realizing that, I still had to travel a dark place and unless you’ve been there, no words can fully explain it. The main thing is to reach for help, don’t be ashamed of needing it and take it when it is offered. No one is truly alone. ❤
I have no words that can express how close our situations are, I completely understand where you are coming from. This wickedness completely destroyed my family. It was happening right behind our backs. I'm truly sorry this happened to you. No one deserves this . . .no one! It's sad for us to be naturally blind to it, but our lives matter to someone, and deeply impact them more than it logically makes sense to. It's the kind of truth only they can see clearly, so you can only have faith in it. It's so hard.

This is the FIRST reaction I’ve watched to Linkin Park since Chester died because I couldn’t watch them. I had to take a break.
1) you didn’t fail anyone‼️I’m sure that person would tell you the same ❤
2) Staind was the band for me in my darkest moments. Going to see Aaron solo and then Staind after. Aaron is still my top guy. You don’t have to react to it but I wanted to suggest you something to watch that mixes my favorites together. Aaron, Mike (Staind) and then Sully got together and did Crawling off the cuff kind of thing at a show. It’s incredible. Also you may like it because it’s got 360 view that you can move yourself.
3) after my divorce Aaron was my voice (yep I found it in a man’s voice and lyrics 😉). But I found it! If you like Staind or Aaron, I’ll send you another link to a live video that’s stripped down and incredible.

Depression, anxiety and PTSD can take you out. It almost did me and it’s still a struggle. Thats how I got into watching reactions. I’m music helps me and I can interact the best way I can right now. It’s the only time I’m myself. I stay to myself all of the time for the most part. I’ll come out of it at some point. I don’t know when but I know I will so understand. ❤❤❤
Linkin Park was always my safe haven...during my dark days....good times ...and everything in between.

This one hurt me pretty bad...I honestly still have more healing to do but recognizing that pain is growth. I've always been a lone wolf and I've accepted it early on as a child...its who I am when no one is around...God has given me another shot at life...I'm not going to squander it anymore. I feel this is my true calling, to connect what's been disconnected. Thank you for sharing your story ❤️ I am humbled to be here with you all!
@@Cinematic_Jesse I understand. It went from a house full of people and pets and me being a wife, mom, EMT and all kinds of stuff in between to POOF gone. Out of nowhere for me. So I’m “learning to be alone.” I’m a few years into it now but it definitely left its mark. My dad used to come over every day to hang out with me…..they don’t ever prepare you for running a 911 call for your own parent. 😢. Destroyed me when we couldn’t fix anything. Ugh….ok I’m gonna lay off that story for now, it still gets me into a PTSD attack. But yeah I dove headfirst into music to stop all the silence and the noise at the same time. If that makes sense. I had a moment similar to Tom (Macdonald’s) story of his breakdown. That’s almost exactly what happened to me after that. So that’s why he’s so important to me, and Aaron did a bunch of the Staind songs acoustically and good lord, it was like hearing my own pain coming out. It was incredible and it helped me for the first year to get it out that way. Some of the moments in certain songs it was like he was pulling pain from his toes up and it sounded UNREAL. So I get why certain bands are helping and also have to step away from them for a little while. That’s when you know that singer/musician knows that they are doing. If they can affect you that much, they’ve done their job. I know it has to be so hard for them to sing about it all the time. I can’t imagine.
A Texas lone wolf….. I guess I am one too now but I don’t live in Texas anymore. Born there but we moved. But VERY proud to be from Texas. Even though I know it makes no real sense to be proud of that. But every Texan knows, once one always one 😉💗
