I appreciate your fine workmanship and love the facelift your gave my BSB recently. I'm not criticizing the many "fancier" rebinders for their craft, but at a certain price point the physical object becomes so precious that one becomes afraid of it getting damaged in any way, rather than simply enjoying it and letting it take the wear and tear it's meant to receive. Keep up the great work brother. I'll be back for more!

The first time I got a "premium" (lol, think it was $40) bible I was afraid to touch it and practically handled it with kid gloves. Then I got one that had a slight defect on one page, which made me a bit more willing to handle them like a normal bible.

I appreciate your input and you’re an important part of the rebinding community. When I was in hard times I wished I knew there were good rebinds for $89. I thought they were all $200+, which ultimately turned me away from getting a Bible rebound.

Price is a big reason I've never ordered a rebind from anyone - though I have done a couple test rebinds myself...

It's good to know there's more reasonable prices out there. I can't afford anything right now, but what I'd love is a zipper on my compact Bible! It's a Trutone cover and it's all in great shape. Close to new looking. I would take it everywhere with me if I could, but I don't want it damaged in my bag and it's nearly impossible to find a right sized cover/case for it. They're too big/bulky. I suppose there can be some high end / custom made covers. But I can't afford that. So I keep it in the clamshell box it came in. Unfortunately, that poor thing got caught in the rain years ago. It looks awful and it's coming apart. I even begged Crossway for another box and said I'd even pay for it. Nope.
I just don't do zippers in a rebind, sorry
