Noticed the manufactures stalls at the Stalking show were mainly stripped down versions of the stands taken to the Shooting show, this I understand as the footfall was likely to be less.
Spoke and thanked Alan Johnson of Danum blades for my tickets, lovely fella and Mrs Johnson offered to sell me one of Alan's rifles, like many of us, he paid £50 for 😂😂.
BASC measuring were helpful and provided me information relating to measuring Sika, thanks for that.
Butchery, skinning demonstrations were useful as even us older stalkers learnt something new.
Noticed, that British outfitters were mainly absent, we saw Irish, some Afican and Europeans.
Spoke to Tomaz reference his Croatia outings, Sercot reference the monterias in Spain and Portugal, so tempted to book but wife may not have been to happy.
Question, would I go again next year ?
Maybe only a one day visit, don't think I would find sufficient to warrant visiting for 2 days.
