Of course psp because LCS was made only for psp. On other devices you had GTA 3,vice City, San Andreas, for psp it was really great game

I first played this game on the PPSSPP emulator, and I think the game is good, and besides the emulator version, maybe I also like the original PSP and PS2 versions, hehe..
I'd say personally the 3 best ways to play (all depends on preference) are either the psp version with right analog and resolution mods on a modded vita, the ps2 version or the fan made pc port. All have their upsides and downsides.
The psp version on vita is amazing, especially using the camera mod for the right analog, plays amazingly, only gets choppy if you use the resolution mod too but overclocking mitigates most of that.
The ps2 version feels great but when things get hectic it gets suuuper choppy. Other than that it's a perfectly ok experience for this hidden gem of a game, which is weird as it's a bloody gta game, just seems to be heavily overlooked.
The fan pc port is phenomenal. Upscaled textures, insane resolution options, fantastic optimisation, options for drastically heightened pedestrian/traffic density to the point where the streets are close to as crowded as later more modern games in the series, options for drastically increased draw distance with some manipulation and there's little debug secrets plus weither intentionally or not there's extra garage spots for all those car collectors out there.
The only issues with the pc version are some gamebreaking bugs, but it's fan made so what do you expect. Earlier builds have more issues like showing vice cities map instead, stuttery or glitchy cutscenes and many more, but later builds are near perfect with minimal system requirements, only ever so slightly more than the og games from the early 2000's.
You can also emulate PSP and Android version on PC

For me the mobile versions looks cleaner
yeah almost every asset and model has been reworked and polished but on the flip side probably the hardest to control

The GTA Re: Liberty City Story PC version is missing
That version its so bad. Give player black screen in some misions
iOS/android versions were made by Lucid games not wardrum(Grove Street Games) it plays way better than 3 Vc SA like the console version. For me the PS2 version was the last GTA game I played before I went to colllrge. I wouldn’t get a shot to play GTA again untill the 10s on pc then finally mobile.

Mobile version has good visuals but the worst controls outta all of em now for me im ranking based on their max potential like emulating the games from their consoles but maxing out their resolutions, fun fact the swtich is just a higher resolution of the psp version and the ps3 is the same for the ps2 so if you where to max out the resolutions for those two they would rank pretty high, also as much as I like the mobile versions it seems that they also revised some clothing and characters for example now toni wears a different brown leather jacket similar to the one michael wears in gta 5! Also in the mobile versions one of the leone members have been somewhat changed nlw instead of them being dark skinned with brown eyes and black hakr now they're pale and have blue eyes with brown hair idk why rockstar did this but its kinda strange imo, and it feels like it wasnt the original idea they had in mind

Because GTA LCS doesn’t exist on Nintendo Switch. It runs on switch only with an emulator.
