Animals are not like people, their will to live is tremendous and even with their heart shot out they can still run over 100 yards. So unless you hunt and know such things don’t comment!!!
On the second video they were shooting it with bean bag rounds or rubber bullets. This is often done when releasing problem bears so that the experience will hopefully make them stay away from that area.

The first part of the video the number one, it seems as though the guy with the gun was standing, I could be wrong but if you're ever have a rifle, and you know a bear is charging if you have time get down to his face level on a knee best time to kneel before Christ and be for a bear charge you're at his level and then pull the trigger if you're standing and his head's going up and down as he's coming towards you there's a good chance you're shot won't be near as good and if you're low his head could be in the way or at least his vitals.
