Filling rust holes or smoothing and hiding door locks and antenna holes has never been easier. Simply follow these steps:
Step 1: Determine the center point of the patch and mark the center with punch.
Step 2: Drill the hole to desired size using the smallest patch needed to fill the hole.
Step 3: Place the patch in the hole. TIP: Use Eastwood Stitch Weld Magnets (item 20421) to hold the patch flush with the existing sheet metal.
Step 4: Slowly weld the patch into place using small stitch welds in alternating locations while allowing time for the metal to cool between welds.

Never thought I would see a roller used to put anything on a body panel that wasn’t a joke

wow, I am no pro but I would simply use a brass backer and weld it shut right? instead of having a 1" reweld wound on inside of panel? eastwood come on, your trying to sell this? even if you cannot get to the back of it, you can weld shut something small.

Maybe an antenna hole but not those small holes easily welded closed.

Would a Tig welder be better to use on the thinner metal? I'm not a welder at all, just curious
