Hi King Dugg, There does need to be some structure to a meeting where people are potentially talking about some heavy stuff, but allsorts of other things branch out from this away from the group, walking groups, coffee clubs, 5 a side teams, camera clubs, walk n talk groups etc. It maybe worth you going along and maybe judging it from an in person visit and not a short video clip. Also, there is no pressure to talk within the session, just as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
I was thinking of attending one near me because people keep mentioning it to me, but after watching this I honestly dont think I could cope in a group setting. My mind wanders into daydream a lot and I find it hard to snap out, not fair on people that are talking. Good luck to all though, hope you reach your goals.
I have a similar issue due to autism, but my local group have always been really supportive so been in attendance nearly 2 years now. Just be who you are, everyone else is taken anyway ;0) Best regards.

You can’t talk about politics, religion, drugs (including medication) or criminal matters
