Thu An Nguyễn it’s very inconvenient. but I still wear it because it is so pretty :) also if you are looking for one that isn’t sticky or great for daily use (stays on pretty well during eating) I recommend the elf gloss.

As a girl who was growing up in the 00s, lip gloss forever has a place in my heart 💖 it was like the gateway drug to my makeup love! (I was born 95 for reference 😂)
Hey! I'm a 95-er too! 💖 I secretly liked make-up and would watch my mom put it on at her vanity, and browse the racks and shelves at the mall whenever I got the chance 😆. I didn't start wearing any out, and in earnest until late last year (!!!!!!!!). But I remember having all this internalised misogyny and longing I kept buried inside if me. I even found an old but unused tube of baby pink old school (00s style formula haha) lip gloss in one of my childhood drawers!! 😆😄

I think, overall, all of the Revlon lip products are underrated. Good lipsticks, glosses, love the new lip shine lipsticks.

The Revlon gloss is underrated and the color selection is fantastic. Wet N Wild’s Liquid Catsuit High-Shine lipstick is one I don’t hear a lot of people talk about. Although it’s technically a liquified lipstick, it wears more like a pigmented lipgloss. One that was popular glosses in the early beauty UA-cam days, it’s still a favorite of mine, the Butter Gloss by NYX are really nice. If you want to splurge, the Pat McGrath ones are also nice and come in a variety of fun and unique shades😊💗
Lol I’m sitting here with my $2 nyx butter glosses still. Really intrigued by the tower 28 clean formula and price point (though it’s still a little high). I just don’t feel gloss should be >$20, that kosas gloss is meh not enough pigment for my purpley mismatched lips lol
Where are you getting $2 nyx?? They're $9 here in Canada which is why I love the elf one (I think they're $3-4?)

So fun that lip gloss is back! The only lipgloss I’ve purchased since middle school is the glossier one. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. The super glassy look didn’t suit me, I think because have thin lips. I just looked overdone. The formula was comfortable though.
I think I’d like to try the Kosas one!

Healing Touch with Julia I have the same problem! I love the concept of lip balm but they look a little weird on me and I have thin lips too
I have thin lips so i dont bother wearing lipgloss at all. Doesnt suut me at all. I like seeing people with lip glosses though so pretty

i rly wanna be THAT girl with a juicy gloss everyday but i'm just soo annoyed with most gloss formulas bc they're too thick & sticky. i'm much more into sheer balmy lipsticks/tinted balms, they're a lot more practical imo + so cute & fresh!
and they're glossy too but a lot more toned down & natural idk just in case anyone wants a suggestion :)

@@anjacuzovic7526 i know it s probably very unexpected, but I loveee the Himalaya Herbals Strawberry Shine Lip Balm. It s the only lip balm that saved me during winter, plus it gives a tint of your lips but better💖 I sometimes use it on top of lip pencils, just to blend everything and hydrate my lips
@@marisols.856 sorry for the late reponse, I wasn't looking at the comments, but from the affordable ones I like the labello shine range, specifically blackberry shine, strawberry shine and cherry shine, they're not very hydrating but they're glossy & sheer and perfect for the effect I want + super cheap! Also l'oreal colour riche shine lipsticks! More boujee ones are ysl tint in balms but I don't find them to be much different than l'oreal tbh, they're just slightly more sheer I'd say. To me the most beautiful ever are probably lancome juicy shakers but they wear off sooo quickly :( if anyone has more recomms pls let me know! ♡

I loved your clear gloss review and picked up a few. The elf lip lacquer is really nice and makes my lips feel hydrated even after, BUT I actually would rather pay $6 for more product. I went through mine in about two weeks. Their plumping gloss is nice too but definitely on the sticky side.

ps i am so so happy that you actually did a comparison of the em cosmetics true gloss vs the morning dew. when i was shopping, i was unable to find any youtube videos comparing the two formulas. literally none. and i was very confused as to whether the formula is the same and morning dew is just a clear version or whether they were different. i think it'd be cool to do a video on the difference between the two so the people looking for that info get it from you!
Loved this video 😍 I have never been much of a lip gloss person. Never really liked the gloopy feel to all the glosses. But these days I am loving the Kosas lip oil and the Fenty gloss bomb. Would love to get the Dior one and the Bobbi Brown crushed lip gloss next 🙂

the kylie gloss is always my fav!! it used to be fenty but the kylie has the best raspberry candy scent and the glitter reflects so well it’s so glosysyyy 😌
I love my Pat McGrath lip gloss in Earth Angel and the elf lip gloss! I also just ordered two revlon glosses because of this video
I purchased the Revlon clear gloss after watching one of your videos and I like it very much. Also just purchased Wayne Goss lip gloss that looks just like the Fenty one with the pink and bronze tones. His gloss is very nice as well.
My favorite glosses atm are the fenty ones. Love fenty glow and fussy to bits. You should try the Charlotte tilbury ones! I have mine in pillow talk. It’s kinda more of a glossy liquid lip, the staying power is so good on it! I have the laneige lip balm in berry and it’s my go to! Idk why people don’t talk about it more, it’s so so good!
Such a useful video! I was wondering, since I've had stress break-outs (and dry spots) like crazy lately, could you do a video on what kind of a face you would put on when you're having a bad skin day? I find I have a very similar make up style to you, but when my skin starts looking worse, all the dewy products and natural finishes don't look as good anymore, but then covering up imperfections makes the face look really cakey.

Have you tried the kopari lip glossy? I️ absolutely love it because it’s so moisturizing and fills in my lip lines. It also works great to moisturize my lips before lipstick so I don’t look so crusty 💞
I’d be curious to see how you like the Milani keep it full nourishing lip plumper gloss! It’s a thicker formula and has a minty feel but the shade rosy bronze is a spot on dupe for the fenty glow!! I still plan on owning fenty glow eventually but this one has been really nice while I’m trying to save money 😊

Would love to know your opinion on romand juicy lasting tint!:) They are my holy grails and very high rated in Asia. The only thing is that they have a strong tint, so I'm not sure if you would prefer that.
My current fav lip glosses are from Nudestix. Gotta get them on a sale or in a kit because they are expensive but make your lips look so lovely imo
the flesh lip gloss actually only has as much product as the glossier gloss does (.17 fl oz) its great but that packaging makes me feel lied to

My favorite lipgloss is the karl lagerfield camera lights its incredible. I got my on ebay and i bought 4 so i have them for awhile. I just got fenty so i will have to see how it stacks up

we have shockingly similar taste in gloss and it is definitely my go to daily preference. i am on the hunt for a sheer gloss with a my lips but better tint of color that is lightweight but fills in my liplines....which seems impossible to find. i was wondering if you think the bobbi brown oil infused glosses were the answer to prayers??

I own two CP gloss with color and they perform well! I think this problem appears only with the transparent one...recall seeing one ytuber complaining ab the clear one too. Too bad it didnt work out for you

And yes I too was in Chicago our way to WI years ago and bought a swimsuit at Gap and after years got rid of it cause it was in my vacation pictures every year ( now I am sad I got rid of it🙁)

I love stick glosses as I know that they are not comfortable, but they are super glossy. Mac makes my favorite glosses, Bobbi brown, and the old Victoria's Secret glosses(they re-formulated and the new ones are not as glossy and kind of oily).
My favorite is definitely the essence one! I’ve tried fenty too but essence is better!
I literally only own Fenty glosses I own all of them besides Glass Slipper and Sweet Mouth but I love ALL of them the shades are so pretty and work so well with all skin tones. I literally wear them everyday Rihanna really set the bar for glosses in my opinion.
I LOVE my elf plumping lip gloss in mocha twist. I thought it was affordable, until I researched the price per ounce compared to the Fenty gloss bomb. They are about the same :'(
But the fenty is definitely an anomaly when it comes to lip gloss. There is SO much product in those tubes. The minis have more product in them than most full size glosses! So don't discount the gloss just because of fenty. It's still probably better than most other glosses when it comes to price per ounce.

Where did you get the Glossier glosses from? I have a whole collection of lipgloss from @Black Radiance's brand , in the shade of pink a poodle , its a soft shea butter non sticky sheer gloss , literally my favorite formula

Can anyone tell me if the fenty gloss has a lot of smell to it? I was thinking of getting one during fenty’s friends and family sale but I heard someone say it smells strongly and I don’t think that’d be good for me :(
It has a pretty noticable smell when you first apply it, but it goes away after a while. It's kinda like a sweet vanilla. I like it, but I know not everyone does!

I totally respect anyone who like the Fenty beauty glosses and I LOVE the colors, but they seem soooo sticky to me. Now I will say I'm not the kind of person who wears glosses often but they almost feel like glue on my lips 😭 I'm wondering whether it's just the one I have (maybe it's from a bad batch?) or whether others have encountered the same.
My favorite lipgloss in middle school was the Burt’s Bees Lip Shine! (I was born in ‘98, so I got into makeup at the tail end of the Lipgloss Renaissance.) It gives a natural shiny, it’s not sticky, and is actually very moisturizing! Over the years, I’ve learned I’m more of a lip balm person, however, I do like lip oils. Once I finish up a tube of the lipgloss, I plan to buy the Burt’s Bees Lip Oil because I’ve heard good things about it.

One reason not to overpack on vacation is you now have space to add a sweater or some other item you didn’t think you needed till you saw it on vacation. I love that.
