2:22 Kata (Gada) most likely the combat form inspired by the *Praying Mantis* (one of them which found itself on my head a couple days ago, and as I observed it's movements before and after setting it on the ground / grass.. I see it's movements were identical to these attacks.. same rhythm, balanced graceful, slow, then deadly blitz strikes with full force, that only need a limited number of attacks to deal immense damage..)
My "chimera" unique Kata, has unlimited attacks with unlimited force / speed ..but that much mana use would _kill anyone instantly from consuming too much life force_ ..whereas my body doesn't "consume life force" (too much) ..it just overcharges the fibers until they grow and separate out of too much energy.. so they have to be "cooled off" and _unloaded_ with a special spectral ritual.. to keep the body from desintegrating at a cellular level (extreme speed causes muscle fibers to rip open very fast which is super painful after a minute of breaking opponents apart at full force, which is why that limitation should only be surpassed with very advanced ki balancing using Zen as a cell calming force.. otherwise it destroys you almost as much as the enemies)
Which is why calmer katas like this Mantis, are helpful in focusing full force in _as few strikes as possible, with extreme speed and precision_ ..because too much would mean a painful overloading of one's muscles until the fibers separate _(from being charged with too much ki, too suddenly, and physically shifting at a cellular level to different positions becoming "unfixed" from one another, and moving (similar to osmosis) to accommodate the higher force influx)_
If every cell receives the same ki influx, the pain lessens and _one may butcher indiscriminately_ (if one were a chimera, or even using such a Kata without being one) but balancing the equal flow of mana to each cell equally is extremely difficult and requires a lot of Zen (meditation in very agitated active form that keeps inner peace while perfectly detached from one's violent external attacks / moves)
Which is a complete delta or theta trance, whichever one is most dream like, and allows the mind to detach from the body..
So a Zen chimera cannot destroy it's own cells from _being too powerful_ ..And technically can fight until muscles just can't contract anymore (from lack of training), which can be over-extended through rigurous training of muscles to fight _for longer and longer periods_ ..until the *tiring out* effect appears at least over 15 minutes later, instead of 1.5 minutes (as would normally be, without special "full combat" like intensive training to perfect muscle fibers to overcome fatigue)

5:10 _Rooster_ style of Kata.. powerful leg kicks (claws are main weapons of rooster, very dangerous and cuts both derma & epiderma instantly straight to the flesh) coupled with extended mobility & some 'rest' time to extend the focused force for the next series of strikes.. which then resumes in a "long pause - long slash - long pause - long slash" rhythm that charges up each offensive set during the defensive moments afforded by the extended rest (fully rested muscles) can then attack at full strength / speed for having restored their energy fully..
While to the untrained eye, this seems like erratic _random pointless motions_ ..the ancient masters knew animals evolved their combat styles and biology over millenia to perfect their survivability in conflicts..
Their attacks are *intelligent* and _"form"_ isn't that way by mistake.. each adaptation helps create their own rhythm of defensive / offensive moves, *which have to be in harmony with the inner resources or trained potential to be harnessed to it's fullest material potential*
of course, each person has different attributes and abilities / skills, which is why _there are so many Katas / Forms_
The masters studied the fighting form specific to each deadly "warrior of the animal realm" and saw how their use of their potential traits, to make full use of them, to compensate for weaknesses (small size or exposed chest / weaker guard that mantis and chicken have)
But, these animals _fight to survive_ ..they use their aggression to defend their lives or survive critical challenges and life-threatening risks..
They are not _"dumb animals"_ because they are _just beasts.._
In fact, beasts are the least _"primitive"_ /wild, and the most _calm / calculated / focus, because they mastered their offensive capacity, and then increased continuously for centuries, to pass it on biologically to the next generation (of 'offspring' disciples)_
To maximize one's external offensive / defensive potential, one _must first perfect Zen (Inner Balance / "Peace") through passive_ ,then *active* forms of meditation (full detached trance, even when jogging or training, to lower the wave pulses, until one's mind becomes more "aware" than the material body which feels ghost-like and it's senses become very dimmed)
Then, the mind becomes more powerful than the body (and the body becomes a vessel of the Will, which the mind flows and focuses at a whim, through basic direct force of instinct)
Of course this beast mode isn't accessible to everyone, the ancient masters trained their entire lives to create & perfect these Katas.. to master several is almost *miraculous*
It's shallow to "rate" the quality of one's Kata _visually_ ..by impression alone, since it's full value is in _how badly it obliterates the foe, and especially how well the Kata acts as an antithetic force to the enemy's chosen style_
..ex: if someone creates a Kata that understands the Chimera Kata (which literally means, Great Chi, since that is it's great quality of having too much chi and abusing all of it at once, without limits) which included _evasion, extremely defensive or counter-offensive attacks etc._ it would increase their survivability or lessen the damage.. but the chimera is _so very versatile that it would instantly adapt to the enemy Kata, and overcome it, dragging it down into a total Dance of Destruction_ that would be impossible to _avoid or escape.._
Only a chimera Kata could face a chimera Kata, unless someone is a master and can create something like a Phoenix Kata.. one that could hypothetically challenge a dragon (which is a chimera of three beasts)
Dragon Claw Kata (as I called it many years ago like 15, before "Chimera") uses the overpowering strength of hands, and fingers, that can crush or break any enemy technique (hand or feet) with it's counterweight (the body becomes it's own 'dark hole' like center of gravity) which gives it the strength to become "immovable" ..which destabilizes and unbalances any enemy attack (by de-centering it's target's weight center or gravity point)
The physical form of it is too dangerous to use, because it mutilates any enemy badly, (ex. a single punch can break through one's rib cage, tearing through the heart & lungs directly) so it's too *high profile* to use any direct immediate attack
But the spectral attacks of the form, allow unlimited variations that are _stealth_ ..can't be *"traced back to original user"* ..allowing one to play the masquerade and avoid _"all out battles"_ which would only cause chaos and confusion, and general fear
Incorporating *Zen Mastery* into the Dragon Claw, allows one to _completely evade having to use brutality_ even in extreme cases..
Which is ironic, _considering the Chimera is the most physically potent Kata, and deals the most carnal damage if used.._
Which I did not, because it would drastically change my fate (too much raw magic brought into the direct material plane, tends to throw chaos into everything susceptible to it) just like the Zen Master form I use, _already allows me to shape my destiny, even while bringing very little mana into the direct physical world_
It's more focused and more _terrifying.._ and allows one to negate ranged penalty (can fight adversaries behind any obstacle or barriers)
It also charges up spectral attacks (terror, panic, obsession, self-destruction, berserk, stigma & damnation) more powerfully, which are essential when fighting multiple enemies at once, _at different ranges_ ...since the same strike hits them _at any distance_ even when they are in hiding
It may not feel _"fair"_ to them.. but hey, _that's part of the Chimera Kata, it overpowers you with "unfairness" to demoralize you and potentially save your life_
When I mastered it's use in the Shadow War, I saved at least 85% of the people who would have died in it.. _by making them abandon the fight, or flee the battlefield entirely_
Which reduced the casualties by 7-8 times.. than what should have been _had I not used the_ *"Overwhelm"* _spectral effect / aura_

This is not karate, not kata. This is dancing. A ridiculous show.
